We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very clean and felt welcoming right away. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the landscape – we even had breakfast outside. Based on the photos, we expected it to feel more minimal, but it turned out to be really cosy and homey. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, and cooking was a pleasure. Zoe, the host, lives next door and was friendly and helpful, but you still have full privacy. There’s free parking by the road, but you’ll need to carry your luggage down a set of stairs – something to consider if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. The bed was comfy, and there’s extra space upstairs for luggage. Also the Wifi was stable all the time. Just note: the apartment is in the south of the island, and many popular sights like the Old Man of Storr are over an hour’s drive away. Still, we would’ve loved to stay longer – it’s peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what you’d hope for in an Airbnb.

We loved our stay in Skye here! If you enjoy the caravan lifestyle this is a lovely place to stay! So peaceful, quiet and remote with beautiful scenery. Gillian was so helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Emma and Jon were great hosts! We loved the yurt and would recommend to anyone that wants an off grid experience but with clear ammenities. The water cabin was great and well themed! Don’t have a bad word to say, was honestly great!
