Townhome vacation rentals in Dugi Otok

Jasna is a great host, she brings towels and new sheets every week and is available if something is missing. she spoiled me and my guests by bringing cake, grapes and figs. the house has other two apartments upstairs both were filled with nice neighbours with children. the big garden ends directly at the little beach with harbour where you can swim. the little market and pub are a great asset to this quiet little place. it is a great location for a quiet holiday. I have been touring the island with a mounatinbike. Jasna brought maps and gave local advice. it was a wondedul holiday!

Bogdana and her cousin Ognjen were wonderful hosts, collecting us from the nearest bus stop (at close to midnight) and making sure we found our way to the apartment safely. Having arrived we were given plenty of information on the surrounding area and were made to feel at home right away. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you Bogdana!

Small island, perfect for relax and chill holidays

Quiet place great location, 5 min walk to the beach. The apartman is very tidy and satisfied. The owner is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a car breakdown at the check aut day and the owners let us in for longer and were willing to drive us everywhere. We would like to thank you very much for this.

Really fantastically located vacation home. Very nice view of the sea. Beach right outside the front door. Great amenities, modern furnishings. Very comfortable beds. Unfortunately, we were there at the end of the season, so many restaurants and bars had already closed. But that's why it was also particularly quiet and not very touristy. In summer you can explore many restaurants in the area.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Tomas' house with my wife and our two small children. Everything was as described and as in the pictures, fantastic location with lovely views, terrific pool area and the sea just a short walk down the hill. We loved living in this beautiful house, and fell completely in love with the Razanac area. So quiet and calm, crystal clear water in the ocean and we had everything we needed. The house/apartment is great, plenty of space and well equipped. We especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, the roof terrace and the beautiful pool area. Danijela, who is the on site host, is just amazing. She welcomed us so well, was kindness herself and didn't know what good she could do for us. We will definitely return to Razanac and Tomas' place. We had an absolutely magical holiday in Croatia.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Gabriele was very accommodating and helpful. We had technical problems once, but a call was enough and it was taken care of immediately. That's how vacation is fun.

Absolutely special accommodation, the apartment looked exactly like the photos. The amenities were above average (washer with laundry detergent, dishwasher with tablets, vacuum cleaner, quality kitchen equipment), satellite TV (HBO, netflix, amazon prime…). Windows have mosquito nets, blinds for full blackout, air conditioning, of course. We received a crib upon request. There was also a utility room where a baby stroller could be stored, for example. The advantage was the covered garage. The shaded patio was very welcoming. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach and about a minute from the local grocery store. The host was very welcoming and kind. Definitely recommend :)

Everything is perfect. Karla's place is very cozy and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom and shower are perfect. There were 2 of us with a child, we were also given a crib that we kept in the very large bedroom. Karla and her family are very kind and helpful people. Communication was excellent. The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk from the sea and a short walk from the historic center of Vodice, full of restaurants and bars. In the garden there is a barbecue and you can spread towels and laundry. There is also a washing machine with laundry products available to guests for free. Parking for the car under the house,with a gate. Everything was perfect. We will definitely return to Karla's place if we go back to Vodice. Great location, close to everything, but in a quiet area. The only thing I would add is the mosquito nets, so you can sleep without the A/C. Everything is perfect!

We had a nice three nights here in house D. We were warmly welcomed by Danijela and felt very comfortable right away. The house was super clean. And the view and tranquility are magnificent. We were there in early May, so before the season starts. The pool was therefore not yet set up. The pool can be used only in the high season. If it's important, please keep the times in mind. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. Pets are allowed in the complex. Many of our neighbors had dogs with them. As these are townhouses, it is important to note that the terraces are close to each other and you notice the neighbors. Our neighbors were all very respectful and quiet. That was very pleasant. The communication with Danijela was great. She is such a warm and great person, it was a pleasure meeting her. She was always available and took great care of us. We can recommend the property.

If you really want to experience the spirit of Iz island, definitely reserve this house. It is a mixture of old and new. Easily can host up to 8-9 persons. The first major attraction is the kitchen built in an old croatian smoking room. Therefore you still have a stone oven which can be used as a pizza oven. Nonetheless, the kitchen is equipped with everything: fridge, dishwasher, gas cooker. It is also the coldest place if you want to hide from the heat. The second major attraction is the terrace where you can spend long evenings grilling local specialities on the gas grill. There is also a long table with benches and a large sofa. Near the terrace there is also a shower for cooling your body in case the heat is too high outside. The property has its own parking space, which is mandatory on the island as the parking space is limited. The owner is a nice guy, who can help you with infos regarding the places on the island. He talks german and english.

Lovely modern apartment near to a great Sandy beach. Spacious rooms and 2 terraces, one with a hot tub!! Plenty of parking. Walking distance to the beach.
