Monthly Rentals in Drakes Island

We really enjoyed our stay at Ben’s place. It truly felt like a home away from home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, being so close to the beach allowed us to enjoy daily walks. We also appreciated your friendly demeanor and quick responses to any questions we had. The snow was a bit unexpected, but you were always on top of it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend your place to others. Thanks again for everything!

We enjoyed our stay! Patrick’s home is a beach front property located on Drakes Island. The home is a perfect location for any family looking for some R&R and beach time. The home is spacious, offering spectacular views in addition to being equipped with a wide variety of amenities. Our family found the elevator in the home to be most helpful when transporting our luggage and coolers. Lastly, the home is centrally located between Kennebunk and Kittery where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and activities for all ages. We will definitely be staying here again!

We were two couples sharing the cottage and all really liked the location (zen and quiet but not boring). The kitchen is relatively well equipped, the armchair and sofa are comfortable. The entrance via a mini solarium is just spacious enough to break the crust; we had dinner there twice. Each cottage is equipped with a picnic table and BBQ that have rendered us proud services. Our two bikes found space in the solarium entrance. If we come back to Wells, we will book this place again! Thanks Laura!:)

Really loved staying in Wells, Maine in this place. It was super cozy, comfy and cute. My parents and I really had great family time. My parents could walk outside to eat by themselves and beach was super fun, it was so near. Great place and the Host Kay is super understanding and responsive. Definitely will recommend this place if they want a quality time in wells near the beach.
