Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, Raleigh

Amanda's place was PERFECT for our needs. We live in town but needed to be out of our house for a week and felt right at home here. Amanda was responsive, the place was spotless and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Notably, the wifi worked perfectly! (which is always a bit tricky when renting!) Highly recommend!!

Super clean and beautiful decor. Fully stocked from kitchen ware, snacks, play station, and even a guitar! Olu was friendly and gave direct and easy to understand directions. I would definitely rebook!

Wonderful slice of peaceful heaven in a cute neighborhood a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Easy walk to Duke's East Campus. The apartment itself was comfortable with a large kitchen, two couches, and a dining room table. It looked out on a large private courtyard which included a pool and lush greenery surrounding seating areas.

Very nice condo in a good location. There is a little bit of a walk from the parking space to get to the condo which is up a flight of steps. Getting in with hands full is a little tricky as it is a small landing outside the front door. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and provided great information. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and just as described. The beds were comfortable and the location is great. The host was proactive and the check in was simple. We come to this area 2-3 times a year and plan to stay again. Thank you for a great clean place!

It was a UNC graduation weekend for our daughter. We are a family of 5, so it fits us so well. The Apartment is roomy, and has 2 bathrooms, which is perfect. I love that one of the bathroom has 2 doors, so can be accessed from one bedroom and from outside. That helps a lot. Cameron is responsive well.

A great place to stay, just to enjoy the place and its surroundings or to enjoy Cary town amenities, Chapel Hill, or other communities. The additional stuff was awesome too, including the shampoo and conditioner, first aid kits, soaps, detergent for dishes and clothes, etc. Oh, and an umbrella also that saved my hair from the raindrops a few times. Loved this place!

Great stay with clear instructions and expectations

Love Pearl Mill Flats! Great location so close to downtown Durham - even able to walk to a Durham Bulls game. And of course love the salt water swimming pool!

Debra was very friendly and communicative. This was our 3rd time staying in wake forest and first time at this place. We loved the place and will def be staying here again in the future. We loved the emergency supply box "take what you need but need what you take". This host has made sure you have everything you need ahead of time.

Lucia's place was absolutely perfect. We are hosts ourselves and were very impressed with how beautiful and organized the place was. It was absolutely perfectly located as well. Immediate walking distance to loads of great spots. 5 Stars. Would definitely come back.

Lynne communicated with us and was responsive when we let her know a couple of things had run out. The home was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The location was safe and perfect for our needs.

Clean and comfortable apartment in this lovely apartment complex where the garden is a huge asset. The apartment is plainly furnished but very clean and well-equipped for cooking. Communication was good. Would recommend.

My daughter and I stayed here for nearly a week when a ballet intensive brought us to the area. Could not ask for a better location! And the place more than met my expectations. Lois communicated well from the time I booked until the time we checked out. It was peaceful and I appreciated the proximity to everything (trails, stores, restaurants). Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Darryel and his place were all around really great. It was wonderful being in a clean, non-smoking apartment. He was great with communication and we loved our stay. Will be back!

Quiet building in walking distance of many wonderful Durham staples.

We stayed for several weeks and this became our home away from home. It's an older house, but was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Jennifer was a fantastic host and addressed any questions or issues we had quickly. We could walk to Harris Teeter, restaurants, the playground and the community center, and there are bus stops close by for the free public transit. It was sad to say goodbye!

I stayed in B’s place while attending a three day meeting nearby. I had a car, but could easily have walked to the office and nearly everything I needed. The home was perfect for me. Tons of space, a comfy bed, and all the amenities i could want. Loved the balcony and greenbelt view. The apartment was quiet both in and outside. Did not take advantage of the gym or pool but they looked great and I’m sure anyone would be pleased with the layout and offerings of the complex. Thank you, B, for your attention to detail and responsiveness during my stay. Highly recommend B’s place as an alternative to the local hotels. Five stars, no doubt!
