Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Downtown, Baton Rouge

We came into town to celebrate Thanksgiving with our daughter who is attending law school in Baton Rouge. The place was clean and exactly as described. Apartment complex was quiet and we felt safe. I was able to prepare a meal and host a party of 5 at the apartment. We brought in a small table and a few chairs to accommodate everyone. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again!

The place was great!! It was cozy, clean, and near everything we wanted to do. Blake was easy to communicate with, responding quickly to messages a reaching out to make sure everything was going well. I can easily recommend both the place and the host.

Great place. Due to unforeseen events, was unable to stay the whole time. But the time i did stay here, it was worth it. Would definitely come back.

Place was very clean and great location. The correct building an apartment is a little tricky to find at first but make sure your following instructions. The only instruction that wasn’t accurate was there wasn’t an additional stairwell code as mentioned during our stay but we figured it out. The stay was comfortable and I would definitely try and stay here again due to the proximity to LSU. We were there to visit our son who is a student there and it was absolutely perfect.

Great stay! Perfect location to enjoy sporting events at LSU - walkable if needed and easy to get to baseball and softball games. Clean and well appointed and beds very comfortable.

Beautiful, clean home! Bathrooms were very clean and with built in Bluetooth, which was cool! Jim is very helpful and responsive. Had a great stay!

Randy is great to work with. He is very responsive and communicates well. He wants his guests to have a wonderful experience. He really goes above and beyond to make the process easy. He takes all feedback and works to make things even better. The home could use some welcoming features. It had all we needed, but could use some decor and homey feel. The bathrooms have been updated and are nice. The shower in the master bedroom is great!

very nice home with a large back yard. it was very clean and well maintained. the whole neighborhood was very well kept and felt like the kind of place the kids could run around without worrying about them.

We had a nice relaxing stay in a nice neighborhood. A little girl from the neighborhood waved to us as we pulled in. Just wish it hadn't rained so much so we could enjoy the pool. There was quite a variety of food and shopping within a short distance. I would highly recommend this for friends and family.

We had a great time! We stayed for 3 nights for a bowling tournament. Viet's home had plenty of room for our group of 7 and the additional gaming tables were great. Also super happy about all the bathrooms. There was plenty of toilet paper, and the kitchen had ample cookware for all of us to cook and share meals together. The neighborhood was pretty and quiet. Really could not have had a better place for our stay. I would like to add Hannah Q Smokehouse as recommended BBQ place to eat. It was about a 15 minute drive (give or take), but OH so WORTH it!

The home was absolutely beautiful! We were there on a bowling trip and there was 8 adults and we were all very comfortable. The pool was beautiful and clean! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Baton Rouge!

Akeia was a dream host! She’s super sweet! Her home is beautiful and clean. I have small babies and so cleanliness is always important to me and I felt like I had walked into my home and I left it in the same condition for her because it was so nice. There were snacks waiting for the kids that they enjoyed and if you forgot anything no worries SHE HAD IT inside the home. We will definitely be back and we will be staying with Akeia again. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable this condo was—it felt more like a home than a rental. Every room was thoughtfully decorated with stylish touches that gave the space a welcoming, modern vibe. The layout made it easy to relax, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already made a note to reserve it again for my next visit. Highly recommend!

Gabrielle is a superb host, very attentive to guest needs - responding rapidly to any requests for help e.g. in finding the ironing board. The house is compact but well equipped and beautifully presented - with lounge and kitchen-diner. The latter is perfectly formed, with good quality appliances, an island and separate table to suit a small group. The outside patio is tiled and very comfortable with soft seating around the entire perimeter. Great local restaurants and a good quality super market within 5 minutes walk makes it a very convenient location for a stay in Baton Rouge. Good road connections mean that you can easily reach any part of Baton Rouge quickly, by car. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to the next time.
