Monthly Rentals in Downton

The old boat house was wonderful for our 2 night stay. It was clean, peaceful and had everything we needed. The welcome basket of goodies was so kind, providing everything we needed for our stay, the artisan bread made delicious toast for breakfast and the coffee maker made delicious coffee with the pint of milk left for us. The Horse and Groom pub in Woodgreen was a 10 minute walk and we had a fantastic meal there. We walked to Fordingbridge on the old rail way line and had a delicious lunch by the river on Sunday and walked back on footpaths via Woodgreen. It was a perfect relaxing weekend and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and we would love to return. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic little remote get away. We used it to visit family and friends locally but would be perfect if you’re looking to a quiet get away

Lovely cottage in a beautiful surroundings. We used it as a base to attend family wedding at the nearby Barford Park - worked perfect.

Great stay lovely little bolt hole in a great location to explore the New Forest and South Coast.
