It is also surrounded by the best hunting and fishing locations in the Mid-west.The house is located only 10 miles from Lovewell State Park, 10 miles from the Jamestown Marsh Wildlife area, and 40 miles from Waconda Lake . Also, Belleville, Beloit and Concordia are all within a 30 minute drive.

And after a recent renovation--you'll also enjoy new flooring, finishes, bedding and modern amenities. And if quiet tranquility isn't your thing. This tiny little village offers everything from a local bar and grill to nearby internationally-recognized museums.

Quiet place on the edge of town pet friendly

Quiet area with a lot of area around the property to park vehicles or boats. 5 acres around the house if your pets need to stretch their legs. Located 8 miles from wilson lake if you enjoy boating, swimming , fishing, or just enjoy being around the lake. Nice local cafe, and service station with a small grocery area. Laundromat a block away. Local liquor store and a theater. If your into art there are a couple art attractions in town also the garden of eden. Firepit area coming this spring!

Parliament Place

Parliament Place is a charming country brick structure built in the early 1950's. It is intended to be a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of city life where one can stay secluded, watch movies on the large screen TV , connect your computer or take a walk. The third bedroom doubles as a game room or as we call it, the "rest" room where one can read a book, play cards, put a puzzle together or as the title suggests, simply just relax and take a nap in the basket chair or on the twin bed.

Elm Street Lodge, located just one block from Main Street, is centrally located and is within walking distance to anything you will need for your stay. It features an open floor plan with beautiful original hardwoods and molding throughout the house. Just 20 minutes from the nearest lake where you will find great fishing as well as waterfowl hunting. North Central KS is also home to some of the best deer, turkey and upland bird hunting you can find.

Downs, KS:DIY Hunts on 320 Acres

Rubline Farmhouse is tucked within 320 acres of privately owned fields abundant with nature, providing the ultimate year round seasonal hunting. There are aprox 180 acres to hunt on in Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb The full 320 acres is available to hunt on Turkey season only which is in April and May
