This apartment has everything 1-2 people will need for their stay in town. This space would be tight for four adults but there is a comfy queen bed pull out for 1-2 more max. Historical single family home with owners on site. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to neighbors, garden space. Easy access to local parks, tennis and pickle ball courts, hiking trails and shopping. Ocean and mountain views. Smoking in the apartment or outside during your entire stay is strictly forbidden.
