Great apartment! Very spacious, clean, spa center down stairs which includes a great jacuzzi, pool and sauna. And most important, literally 3 minute walk to the ski slopes which is almost the closest you can get in Bansko. Great value for money!

Our stay at this guesthouse in Garmen was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel at home. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the comforts one could ask for. Every detail was carefully thought out, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. The outdoor area was just as impressive, offering breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings, and plenty of space to relax. Whether enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace or a late-night chat under the stars, every moment was special. The location is ideal for a tranquil escape while still being close to nature and local attractions. Overall, this was one of the best guesthouse experiences we’ve ever had. This place was so lovely, clean bright and modern. All the family loved it. We have stayed in Bansko for 13 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed and would stay again. So well equipped pots, pans , air fryer ! Walkable distance to gondala and town centre. Definitely stay again ☺️

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Pamporovo – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Joseph’s Luxury Villa in the Pines was simply amazing! From the start, Joseph was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The villa is a hidden gem, nestled in a peaceful area yet close to the ski lifts. We were looking for a cozy retreat in the snow, and this place was perfect! The fully functional fireplace made our evenings extra special. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Joseph provided great recommendations, from local markets to ski spots, and even helped us find accommodation for our friends. The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. We loved every moment here and can’t wait to return—perhaps in summer to enjoy the different charm of this place. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and cozy escape in Pamporovo!

The house is 10 out of 10 , the location is great and in it you have absolutely everything you need up ti the smallest details. The barbecue area was prepared with all we needed and we only had to fire it. The inside of the house was perfectly clean. Honestly this is one of the best places in which we have been.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was incredibly spacious, with enough large and comfortable bedrooms to accommodate our group perfectly. The entire house was well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay- from toiletries to a welcome basket with food. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, making us feel at home right away. A highlight was definitely the outdoor hot pool – even in December, we were able to enjoy it under all weather conditions, which was such a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed space to unwind with friends or family. We’ll definitely be back!
