A very nice villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a coquettish and well-appointed pool area ( even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully wooded, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when you are in large numbers! A large living room and bedrooms of good size. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our choice to book. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime 😊

Beautiful property in a lovely village just outside of Biarritz. We were unlucky with the weather but the home was perfect for our family stay. Would happily return!

Just amazing, the property itself is clean and spacious, with a lovely garden, and pool area. The host is flexible, friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back, and recommend Jean’s place wholeheartedly.

Fantastic house in Hossegor with a gorgeous swimming pool which our kids loved! It was our first time in Hossegor with my brother and his daughter and my sister and her family. Perfect house to fit us all in as sleeps 10. The house has a lovely feeling and is very private with a beautiful view of the forest. The children spent so much time in the pool which is brilliant to have in the heat. Outdoor showers which are great and a big drive to fit cars. We hired bikes as it’s the best way to get around and they were delivered and collected. Morgane was extremely helpful and very friendly and happy to extend our stay easily. The house had everything we needed. Thank you so much Morgane. The only negative is the main road is quite tricky to open the gate to the drive if you have a big car but once we worked it out it didn’t cause a problem. Hossegor is an awesome location with so much to do.

Knowing Capbreton well, perfect location! Right next to the city center. Clean apartment, sheets that smell like laundry, quiet residence! Welcomed with two cookies for my dogs, a nice little touch. 😊 Accommodation that welcomes dogs, and that's really the best! Note that the terrace is not enclosed but overlooks a large common area of the residence.

We wish we had spent more time in this beautiful home. There was nothing missing and the kids were reluctant even when we left during the day because they wanted to enjoy it . Our dog found his happiness with the beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside. Antoine was very responsive and available. The only downside to this stay is that it was too short.

We had a great time at Pierre's place! The house is perfect for a family or small group of friends, indoors and outdoors offer great comfort, as well as the location where we were close to the city center and shopping malls. The welcome, communication and support were great, the responsiveness was at the rendezvous. I highly recommend Pierre's place!

Great stay in Cape Breton, the accommodation is super well-equipped, and well thought out! The terrace is lovely (small bonus for darts and bikes). It's perfectly located, both downtown and the beaches. Thanks to Laura and Arnaud for our very fluid exchanges. 😊

Very well-equipped accommodation located in a very quiet area just a short walk from the city center and the port of Capbreton. The welcome is warm and the advice and attention of Floran and Jacques are welcome. Great stay. I recommend it.

Very nice place to stay and hosts. The place was perfect for our needs. 20 minutes from Biarritz and 20 minutes from Capreton and Tarnos beach is very nice. Small downside for the lack of Wi-Fi but we had a lovely stay.

We were a group of 8 and had a great week at Sylvain and Katia's. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable. The veranda room is very nice for large tables, for breakfasts as well as for. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The pool is beautiful, heated and well oriented. The immediate environment is quiet and the location of the house allows many walks both on the seafront and in the hinterland. Manon, very attentive, welcomed us very warmly and always answered our questions. Sylvain is always available and has great tips. We won't hesitate to come back!

All was very good. Be sure you manage your expectations for a place run by ex-surfer :) Before we arrived the water boiler died, but the same day he put up a new one. In winter time you have to be friends with running a fireplace, but everything in the house was easily manageable if you have the right expectations. Thank you Luis!

Frédérique is very responsive, welcoming and caring. The accommodation is conveniently located because it's close to the golf course and the beach, in a quiet area. We came as a family with our 2 children (6 and 3 years old) and indeed it is not suitable for younger children because of the stairs. Very pleasant outdoors. A place to remember. I would highly recommend.
