Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Donostia-San Sebastian

A very pleasant villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a cozy and well-appointed pool area (even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully planted, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when there are many people! A large living room and good-sized bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our booking choice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime. 😊

Despite the bad weather we had, the stay in the house was unbeatable. There were four families with children and the spaciousness of the house allowed us to live together wonderfully. We were impressed when we entered, as the photos did not reflect the size and space that the house has. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back. Thanks Madia and see you next time.

Beautiful house very nice, very well located in a quiet neighborhood. Parking facilities. Halles de Capbreton 15 min walk. Centre Leclerc 10 minutes drive. Responsive hosts. Sofa bed in a very comfortable sleeping area. We had a lovely stay.

The cottage is well located , in a very quiet place and with a magnificent view. It is large and particularly well equipped, with books and games for children. Special mention to the donkey Pepito who made our little Leo happy. We will be back!

A perfect stay for a weekend with friends and kids! We had an exceptional weekend at this beautiful home. It is spacious, perfectly equipped, and ideal for a large group with children. The heated pool made everyone happy, young and old, as well as the very thoughtful game room. The three large baths allow everyone to enjoy the stay comfortably. Special mention for the fireplace that created a warm atmosphere in the evening, and for the outdoor games (ping pong, badminton, etc.) that really enjoyed the children. A peaceful place, good location, and perfect for meeting with friends. We will come back without hesitation!

Peaceful and beautiful location close to supermarket, bus stops beaches and the city. The Apartment was Spacious and the kitchen was well equipt. Patrice was available at all times and was interested in any feedback on his apartment.

What a magnificent find. If you are looking for peace, mountain views, golden sunsets, green valleys and mountains, this is the place for you. It is only 10 minutes to get on a major freeway towards San Sebastian, but once you nestle in for happy hour on the patio, you may not want to leave. We didn't! We had a really nice family holiday at Annie's place. The house and town are perfect for hiking in the area and short day trips to e.g. San Sebastian and to the sea. We've enjoyed it a lot.

Both my partner and I really liked Sylvie's place. The apartment is perfect, it's not missing any detail. In addition, it provides milk, juice, water, cocoa, coffee, etc. The location is also perfect, close to all the places we wanted to visit and with the tranquility we were looking for. She is an excellent host and was available at all times. If we ever return to the area, we'll stay again. Thank you very much Sylvie for everything, it was a pleasure!

The place is great. The apartment is seen in the photos, is perfectly equipped, has everything you could need, Every detail is taken care of with love, and this is noticeable. The bad woman and her family live in the house, but we hardly saw each other, the intimacy is total. The garden is super take care of yourself, and the environment is even more beautiful in person than what you see in the photographs, the silence is fantastic. I definitely recommend this place.

Great week in Saint de Luz at Johanna's. Apartment in a very good location, very close to the ocean and the pedestrian street. Accessible and well-developed transportation.

We had a great time in Hossegor with a group of 10 friends. The place was perfect: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was great, just minutes by bike from the beach and shops, which made our trips very easy. A perfect place to enjoy Hossegor as a group. I highly recommend this listing!

Amandine is a very thoughtful, responsive and friendly host. We were very well received and had a warm contact while being discreet. The outside (garden) is very pleasant, there is everything you need for children and the pool is great (heated by heat pump, Amandine accepted without problem to increase the temperature for the comfort of children). The house is well equipped, especially in terms of bed linen and towels, which are clean and smell good. The bedding in the parent rooms was very comfortable. The house is very well located to access quite quickly by car to Bayonne, Biarritz, Anglet, Saint Jean de Luz, Hossegor... The beautiful beach of La Piste in Capbreton is 15 minutes by car. We had a great family holiday in a beautiful area that we didn't know! Thanks!

A very pleasant weekend in a comfortable house and true to the photos . The setting is superb: a view of the woods and in the distance the Basque mountains.

The place is exceptionally beautiful. There is nothing I can fault about this place. It's new, well designed, and perfectly comfortable. Host is incredibly responsive, willing to assist and friendly. I recommend this place and this host to everybody. It's a big plus for non Spanish speaking guests

We had a great time at the house even though the weather was rather moderate. Even on a rainy day, it can be endured very comfortably in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and the privacy absolutely respected. All in all an absolute recommendation!

Had a great week with the family. The villa had everything you could need and only a 20min walk from the beach. Only negative was the pool was quite large and not heated so a bit too cold to use in September

We had a great week, very easy to get around to places to know, but you came back to your house and it's a very quiet area, great garden to make life outside, house with everything you need and more to make a very pleasant stay. Sonia pointed to us a wild dog and dune beach 10 minutes away, practically for us, so also our dog was delighted. We will certainly repeat.
