Everything was perfect!

Awesome place with cozy little garden, very close within a short walkable distance to the beach (3 mins). The place is lovely, recommend to everyone, great for kids.

we had a few trouble finding the place but no drama. The property is located in a small settlement and is accordingly quiet. For restaurants and supermarket you need the car. a small free beach is within walking distance and was nice and quite clean and offers to collect many mussels. will be happy to come back

Very nice spacious apartment with good amenities. Only 2 minutes from the sea and a very nice beach. We had a lovely time!

The two apartments are located in a beautiful private villa with ample outdoor space, private gate, space to play for those with children, outdoor showers, barbecue. They are communicating externally, suitable for two families who know each other, so it was perfect for us. Everyone has their own privacy, but you can share a dinner together from the outdoor terraces. The apartments are super equipped, we found everything you need and even more. Super equipped kitchen. There is an outdoor laundry room with a washing machine to share. The sea is just a few steps from the villa. The beach is completely empty in our period, clean sea, but it is a shame to stop at this beach because 10/15 minutes by car you can reach beautiful beaches and cities by car. It is a very quiet area, there is nothing around so a car is required to move around. I don't recommend it for chaos,nightlife,clubs and restaurants within walking distance. Congratulations to Carlo for the care of the villa.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

The hosts were amazing with communication, the villa was more beautiful than the photos! the facilities were great. Avola and nearby Noto are beautiful places. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Simona’s place. The apartment had everything we needed, but the wow factor is the pool. It’s huge and has a very deep, deep end complete with diving board. In a nice peaceful location about a five minute drive from town, and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Simona was very attentive and able to help with all of our queries. We even got to experience the amazing cakes and breads that other guests have mentioned! Lovely relaxed stay in a quiet part of Sicily

Wonderful trip . Delightful, polite host, always ready to answer all my questions about where to eat and what to do. Yes because they were the only things to ask for since the place was better than what you see in the photo, the house was a miniature of beauty, comfort and good taste. Rating 10 and praises. Highly recommended. We went to 5 families with teenagers. Perfect point to choose seaside resorts, wildlife excursions, and art cities. In short, a dream vacation. Thank you Salvo!!!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Alessandro’s house with the beautiful garden and amazing views… our 4year old son loved the pool, the playground and- after some time- the big dog ;-) we would love to come back to this great host

Fantastic stay in beautiful house, and a very positive and responsive host:) Worth noting is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach with poor sidewalks for baby strollers. We ended up driving instead. Also good to know that restaurants in town open first at 7:30 pm which was too late for us with small kids. We ended up having pizza takeout or cooking ourselves in the evening. All in all, a great stay!

Roberto and his son Erik were just great. We stayed in Villa Bismarkia which was clean and tidy. Everything you might need is available and the common areas were so well-maintained and nice. Recommend starting this home!

We had a wonderful stay at Paola's villa! The property was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room both inside and outside. The outdoor spaces were fantastic – there was a very large, lovely pool that made for relaxing afternoons, as well as great areas for dining and lounging outside. It was the perfect setup for spending time with family and friends. Do note that you’ll need a car, as services aren’t very close by, but this also adds to the sense of tranquility. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Perfect home base for Siracusa, Ortigia, Ragusa, and Noto. Andrea was incredibly responsive. The home is very well appointed with lots of extras that you didn’t think of… heading to the beach on a hot day? No problem, there are beach umbrellas to bring with you on your outing. Our family had a great experience at Andrea’s property. Thank you!

Great new house with everything you need, just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Location was perfect to reach several Sicilian treasures (ortigia, cava grande, noto, vendicari) in no time. Vincenzo and his wife are lovely hosts, helpful, kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in this accommodation. We visited Sicily during the off season and still had great warm weather. We were welcomed by Angelo and Saro who showed us the accommodation. Both were in contact with us over messenger and gave us many tips on nice beaches and restaurants. The accommodation was very clean with a lovely interior. We had a place to park our car right beside the door. You can take your breakfast on the beach, just walk over the street and you are there. Keep in mind that the street ist right beside the accommodation and the cars drive quite fast so it can be a little louder. Thank you for the stay!

The flat is connected to main house but it has its own entry. We spent there only one night, but flat was comfy and clean. It has an interesting design but in good way. We had inside parking. The owners are very kind.

The accommodation was as advertised and the host was very responsive. If the beach of lido di noto is not within walking distance, the accommodation is conveniently located between Noto and the Vendicari reserve. Syracuse can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Possibility to pick oranges from the garden to prepare fresh fruit juices in the morning.

A wonderful peaceful home on the outskirts of Avola within walking distance of bars and restaurants in an idyllic unspoilt seaside location. Sebastiano was a wonderful host even coming round with fresh arancini!

Very nice place . A little far from the city center but it's not worse because it's quieter. Too bad the barbecue is far from the accommodation ( it is 30 meters on a part that is public and you have to leave the accommodation to access it) It would be nice to be able to eat right next to the barbecue but nothing is provided for this purpose. Our host was very responsive and enjoyable
