Vacation rentals with beach access in Don Pedro Island

Very clean, good location - close driving distance to the beach and walking distance to a good ice cream place! Kathy was great at communicating. We would stay there again.

This rental is PERFECT! So homey and so close to the beach! I can go on and on about how perfect this vacation was for us!!

I enjoyed my stay at this quaint, cozy cottage. The place was spotless with an ample supply of linens and a stocked kitchen. It was quiet and peaceful, and felt safe. It was just a short walk across the road to the Gulf beach. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, as well as the floor fans in the unit. Deborah was very quick to respond to messages.

Had a great time at Michael’s little bungalow… Small, but definitely enough for my wife and I. Beach is a 2 minute walk down a tiny road directly across the street, perfect! I met Mike just after checking in because we had a little snag with the room… He came right by and remedied the issue. Great guy, great area, and nice quiet place to stay… Do not hesitate, a great Airbnb’r!

Natalie and David are great hosts! Very quick response time and very accomodating. Their condo is updated, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bridge to Manasota Key is about 5 minutes away. Blind Pass is less than 15 minutes but there is another beach 2 minutes from the bridge. Publix, 711, Aldi (coming soon), Taco Bell, McDonalds, Mama's Italian Restaurant (don't skip this place!), Starbucks, Marco's, Walmart, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and plenty more are all within a 5-7 minute drive. This is a prime location but set back from the main road so you aren't subjected to the sounds of traffic all day. The condo is in a quiet little complex with a big pool and lots of seating/umbrellas. The screened in porch at the condo is big with a table and plenty of seating and had a slider to the master suite. We loved spending our nights out there with snacks just enjoying the weather. David and Natalie's Palm Manor Home - highly recommend!

Julie & Daniel are exceptional hosts, they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. They give you a walk through to begin & make sure you know where everything is and answer any questions you may have. They truly were so helpful in providing local places to fish, find seashells & some good local eats. You won’t regret your stay!

Robert was a welcoming host and we enjoyed our stay. They place is lovely and is more updated than on the current photos (queen bed instead of a bunk bed). Great location and the water views right off the wrap around porch and a kitchen window. Kayaks and paddle boards were a nice addition and we took it right by the dock, such an easy access. Outdoor shower, hammocks and string lights downstairs make place even cozier. The house was clean and had a lovely beach décor. Make sure you pack toiletries and sugar, zip log bags etc... to have everything at hand for your trip.

We loved Joanna’s space! We had two kids (ages 4 and 6) and a 2 month old and it had everything we could possibly need! Joanna was responsive and proactive. The pool kept the kids entertained for hours!

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Maja's place. This was our third time visiting the area and by far the nicest place we've stayed in yet. The house itself was just as advertised. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with a private backyard, and the inside was spotless, modern, roomy and loaded with everything you need. The outside area was just as nice. Great oversized pool area, with plenty of seating options for lounging by (or in) the pool, or dining outside. The garage was well-stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and even bikes for riding in the neighborhood and on the miles of bike trails that were just around the corner and ran behind the house. The house was also in a great location, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande and Manasota Key just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend Maja's place to anyone looking for a beautifully maintained home in a convenient location, and would absolutely book here again.

There were 4 of us adults and one child 12 years old. we spent our vacation in this beautiful house from June 8 to 14.briefly about the house inside, everything was very clean all the towels smelled clean and looked like new. the bedding was of good quality and everyone was comfortable sleeping. every room and bathroom had a nice smell. the kitchen has everything you need and everything is of good quality. The backyard also liked to eat barbecue and comfortable furniture. Separate plus for a refrigerator outside is very convenient. to walk to the beach for about a minute. This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

Our stay was amazing. The condo is roomy beautiful and so many extras that I have never had at an Airbnb before. Beds super comfortable. Pool was so refreshing, clean and hardly anyone there except for us. Fishing dock was really nice! Lots of fish to see and schools of snook close to shore feeding on the minnows. We fished the end of the dock and my older son caught a nice trout, snapper and a bunch of snook that were too small to keep but still fun to catch. We saw dolphins in the distance feeding every night off the end of the dock. My older son and his wife life in Port Charlotte. We have stayed at 3 other condos and I can finally say we found the place we like the best for our visits. I met a very sweet lady named Sheila down on the dock and she is an owner. She really cares about the complex and who comes around, who is supposed to be there and who isn't. Owners deserve to feel safe and have everyone follow the rules. We absolutely loved our stay and def will be back.

I had so much fun on my vacation because of the place and its location. Its super clean, very well decorated, gives you that beach house feel. It was nice being right across the street from a beautiful beach, and having beach chairs to use. It was also nice not having to get in the car and having to drive anywhere for dinner, we tryed almost all of the local resturants, and found a favorite. Theres even a free local shuttle ! This is an awesome place id love to come back to.

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.

Great place to stay on the Bay. The golf was a short walk and was beautiful. Walking distance to several restaurants. My husband was able to catch fish off the dock. Our host, Dave had excellent communication. Thank you for the great time!

Dan’s place was wonderful! We will definitely be back! Dan thought of all the amenities that you could possibly need and some other things that made the place that much more enjoyable. The outdoor space off of the bay is great and the location is so close to the beach (also a very nice area), dinning, and a yummy ice cream shop across the street. The place was very clean and the bed was so comfy! We were able to meet Dan and he was so friendly and considerate! Having a beach umbrella and chairs was a game changer! I cannot recommend Dan’s place enough!
