The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Very luxurious loft with beautiful balcony overlooking the bay. Old town is 900 meters away, on the way to it there is a promenade along the sea with several restaurants and bars. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, bus stop, children's playground. The Kotor sandy beach is 400m away and the bus station is 1.5km away. Tourist city tax are not included in price and will be charge when guests arrive, it’s cost 1€ per person per day!

Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
