Great place to stay. It's near a lot of services at the centre of the city.

The apartment is conveniently located at Bui Vien Walking Street, which has bars with live bands and plenty of food options. It is also a +/-10 minute walk away from other attractions like Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square. The room itself was really comfortable and clean. Lyn was a lovely host who was always responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this listing!

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. Wow, It was a short period of time, so I made a reservation in a hurry and went without any expectations, but I really liked it. I thought it would be noisy because it's close to the tourist attraction, but it's quieter than I thought. Thanks to the host, everything went smoothly. I'm very satisfied

Phoenix’s place was perfect for us. Between the location, the cleanliness, the layout, and the communication, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Each room has its own bathroom. The AC was a welcome treat after walking in the summer heat. There were tons of restaurants and cafes to choose from right down the street. I worked remotely for a week and the Wi-Fi worked just fine. This Airbnb was our home base for a week and it was perfect!

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

We had a great stay at this spacious and clean house. It’s centrally located in District 1, just a short walk or a quick Grab ride to many popular tourist spots, which made exploring the city easy and convenient. A bonus was the cozy neighbor café —they serve excellent coffee and delicious cheesecake. Highly recommended! Thank you Tommy!

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

Place was accurate to pictures! Was very responsive and took action right away! Very clean place and location was very good, quite central and short distances to popular locations! Highly recommend booking!

The location was great—very walkable—and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place had strong WiFi, a clean bed, and all the essentials in the bathroom and kitchen. It also had AC and a fridge, which were nice to have. The space was a bit older than it appeared in the photos, but it was still worth the price. The host was very responsive, which made things easier. Would definitely recommend for a few nights stay

Great location. Nearby 24/7 convince store, and co-op mart. Host provided list of nearby stuff and recommendations which were great. He was friendly and responsive. The Apartment was clean but most importantly it had working air conditioning that was able to cool every room.

Convenient home. Small apartment but clean and very well kept. Location is quite central in ho chi minh so you can get around quite easily.

Annie has a great place. Just like others have said, it is far above the bustle and noise of the city, and quiet. If you are looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in D1, this would be a good pick.

Wonderful Host with an excellent experience!

On quiet street and lots of local eats on the bottom floor. Great location near bars, restaurants, street eats, live music and park. Unit itself is spacious, clean, good wifi and cold aircon. Only small complaint is I was on the upper unit and had to traverse a steep set of steal steps. Not ideal if you have small children or are physically challenged.

This apartment has a very secure area and peace environment, easy to find and easy to get to those tourist sites. Host are friendly with a team to follow up everything include some pick up and keep bag services. Definitely will return back to this lovely and warm apartment.
