장점 : 신축이거나 리모델링을 최근에 한 숙소같습니다. 방 컨디션, 청결도 매우 좋습니다. 호스트의 피드백도 빨랐습니다. 건물에 방이 3개뿐이라 프라이빗하며 1군 근처임에도 조용합니다. 가격대비 추천할만한 숙소입니다. 단점 : 3층 기준 수압이 약합니다

位置离机场很近，离景点稍远，但可以打车前往。室内布置很舒服，并且有洗衣机和烘干机，非常方便。

Ce grand appartement est agréable. Il est situé dans un quartier légèrement excentré mais reste pratique. La chambre est très confortable. Une bonne expérience pour moi.

Wir hatten 2 tolle Nächte in der Unterkunft. Die beiden waren super hilfsbereit und standen uns bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Zwei super herzliche und tolle Menschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Our first stop in Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh is huge and a bit crazy. However Hong's hospitality was so welcoming she made us feel at home right away. The accommodation is off a pretty quiet street with plenty of shops/restaraunts and bars. Hong gave us 15 min tour of her neighbourhood - telling us about the best places to eat, where the banks are and where the super market was. We booked 3 nights originally but ended up staying 5 as we felt so comfortable there. We did pur washing free of charge! Hong will clean the shared bathroom every day. AC is top tier. Couldn't reccomend it enough!

Super cozy, and the transportation is convenient too.

We had a great stay at this spacious and clean house. It’s centrally located in District 1, just a short walk or a quick Grab ride to many popular tourist spots, which made exploring the city easy and convenient. A bonus was the cozy neighbor café —they serve excellent coffee and delicious cheesecake. Highly recommended! Thank you Tommy!

I truly loved staying at this place; it’s in an ideal location, close to everything you might need in Saigon, from local markets and cafes to main attractions and public transport. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washer, which made things super convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the space felt clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It made my time in this beautiful city even more enjoyable. I would love to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

It was a nice place with good communication

Modern and comfortable room, small but cosy. If i were to make one suggestion it would be to soundproof the floors/ceilings cos it could be a bit noisy at times.

A very beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment! There are many interesting/lovely artworks hanging throughout the house. I felt very comfortable in Nhien & Tan’s apartment. They were both very helpful and friendly. Thanks to the fast internet connection, I was able to work on my laptop without any problems. Highly recommended!

I will definitely come back here again next time!! This room has everything I need like towels, shower gel, laundry detergent, hanger and so on. And despite this place is middle of the city, it’s quite so I could get sleep well. She responded so quickly when I asked something.

The place is spacious and better than the pictures. It is clean, very aesthetic with lots of sunlight. Tran was very helpful and let us store our luggage safely while we walked around. We also got great recommendations for places to eat.

Great location. Nearby 24/7 convince store, and co-op mart. Host provided list of nearby stuff and recommendations which were great. He was friendly and responsive. The Apartment was clean but most importantly it had working air conditioning that was able to cool every room.

Convenient home. Small apartment but clean and very well kept. Location is quite central in ho chi minh so you can get around quite easily.

Annie has a great place. Just like others have said, it is far above the bustle and noise of the city, and quiet. If you are looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in D1, this would be a good pick.

Manuka was a wonderful host and the apartment is located in a great area, just steps away from wonderful restaurants. The area is brightly lit at night and felt extremely safe. Highly recommend this

Wonderful Host with an excellent experience!

On quiet street and lots of local eats on the bottom floor. Great location near bars, restaurants, street eats, live music and park. Unit itself is spacious, clean, good wifi and cold aircon. Only small complaint is I was on the upper unit and had to traverse a steep set of steal steps. Not ideal if you have small children or are physically challenged.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne
