We had a fantastic time. It is a great little apartment with a great terrace and equipment that really leaves nothing to be desired. The hostess was super friendly and helpful. We got fresh laundry again and again and again and even there were cakes, at the same time we were super private. The area is beautiful. You can really do a lot. Hach this was a really nice vacation. We stayed with Nathalie for the second time and felt very comfortable. Everything clean and very individually decorated. There's something new to discover every time. Since we were there every time in winter, we did not yet enjoy the beautiful garden and the great terrace. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house is centrally located and everything is within walking distance (train station, center, restaurants, bakery...). Nathalie is the warmth in person. We'll be happy to come back.

Really happy with our stay. Communication with the host was great. The house was beautiful, magical and clean. It had some interesting and vintage furniture and collector’s items, which made it very special. It had everything to cook, also clean towels, etc. The location was really great too - close enough to the center but located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with a really good bakery nearby. Thank you very much to the host! 😊

My son and I stayed in this apartment for 4 days while swinging through Munich. The host was incredibly responsive, and provided us with excellent local restaurant recommendations. This listing was specifically for the top two floors of the large home, and the lower floors are always vacant, so we had the place to ourselves and it was quite private. The kitchen had sufficient pots/pans/cutlery, and the cupboards had sufficient stock (salt/pepper/coffee). This weather was rainy while we stayed, but the outdoor deck looked like a great resource. One small thing to be aware of is that the main floor bedroom is a "walkthrough", in the sense that you have to walk through it to access the apartment bathroom. But for families this works just fine!

Ideal for large groups!! Very spacious house with perfect equipment in the kitchen. The rooms are all spacious and are also very suitable for business travelers. Alexander is a great host, everything was as described. Glad to come back!!!

The place was wonderful! We had everything we needed and more. Everything was very clean and pure. The scenery is phenomenal. The cows graze in the wide fields, you have the forests and mountains in the distance. Communication with Simone was quick and friendly. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and would be happy to come back!

Perfect for groups with several people or couples due to many rooms and bathrooms. Communication was smooth over the phone. Kitchen is very well-equipped. All information according to the previously distributed contract - i.e. wood, tourist tax and electricity were charged extra afterwards. Location is perfect for nature lovers, as well as great for children.

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

We had a great time at Simone's place. A great house with nice amenities. We felt right at home. Simone is very nice and helpful. We definitely recommend the house and look forward to another visit in the future.

We had the most wonderful time at Vaseks' house. It felt like a little oasis with everything you could need and want. The garden is huge, the view is beautiful and there is everything and more to not worry about anything and take a little break from life. Everything was very clean and there was a lot of room to put our things, like bathroom closets, empty fridge, etc. We didn‘t bring any kids, but it is a kids paradise: a trampoline, games and toys, swings, and so much more, they will not get bored. Communication with Vasek was very easy (not too much, not too little). He gave great recommendations on what to do in the area (walks, hikes , swimming in the river, old castles and shops in town) and helped when we needed it. The atmosphere of the house felt more like staying with family or friends (without actually seeing them) than an airbnb. Highly recommended to anyone!

Beautiful house, both on the outside and the inside. Nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Large fridge and freezer. A lot of things are made available to you as a guest, of course with the expectation that you handle things carefully. Nice pool, which is easily accessible from all rooms. Pool water was on the cold side!

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.

We were so happy with everything. The place is lovely, clean, cozy and mega large. The area is super quiet, you can relax very well there. We had everything you need in a place to stay. Katrin is super sweet and immediately helped if you wanted to know something or needed something. You immediately feel comfortable in this place and we were really sad when we had to leave again. We will certainly come back.
