I just spent a month at this property and wanted to give some details. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with restaurants, some stores and a grocery store in comfortable walking distance. The train station with access to the S4 and S6 trainlines is a 10 minute walk. It's about 15 minute train ride to the heart of Munich. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, under-counter fridge, and microwave, and is well-stocked with plates, pans, utensils - anything you might need. I had family join me for 2 weeks and had to move to the hide-a-bed in the living room. It was the most comfortable pullout bed I've ever used. Lotta windows. Lotta natural light. Fast internet. Large smart TV in living room with local TV and the ability to access Netflix and other services if you have the subscriptions. Never had any lags. Nice size bathroom. Good heat and water pressure is shower. Host was responsive and friendly, but respected my privacy. I highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment is quietly located, has a large parking space and I can easily find. There is an animal park and pub nearby as well as a small playground. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and spacious. In great weather, we could even have breakfast on the balcony. There were five of us for two. One room had a sufficiently large bed for 2 people, the bed in the other room was a little too small. The sofa bed was fine so far. The price was very high for this, but that was probably due to the fact that Europe's largest construction project was taking place at the time, which we only learned about afterwards.

Fully recommended!! Top location, yet quiet, very clean, free coffee, pleasant communication - what more could you want! Thank you for a great time!

Very nice contact with Sonja / Manfred (already before and after the stay). Responded promptly to questions. Absolutely straightforward - received very good and detailed description / instructions in advance of the visit. Check-in works perfectly. Parking is available right in front of the house. Nice location of the place. Excellent baker 5 houses away. Would stay in the ISABELLA apartment again anytime. Great for larger families (also with pets🐕). The SUPERHOST rating... absolutely deserved. Thanks for the pleasant stay - that's what makes Airbnb fun.

Sweet quiet spot not too far from the city, perfect for a break away.

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

What can I say about Julian's house other than that it's really a rare find. It is a peaceful oasis, very well maintained with facilities worthy of a large hotel near Munich. The house makes you want to stay longer, unfortunately we were only passing through for one night, but it was enough for us to realize the very high standard of this house. A very large screen in the living room, where you can curl up in large, very welcoming sofas… and all this overlooks a terrace that is also very beautiful, with its small ponds and goldfish. Everything was perfect, our host Julian, very responsive and friendly, the house as a whole located in an excellent area on the outskirts of Munich. Excellent bedding. Perfect bathrooms… what more can I say, except that we'll be happy to come back if we return to the area. PS: the professional (bean) coffee machine is excellent, thank you for everything and especially for the attention to detail

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The room structure is reasonable, the layout is cozy, the surroundings are quiet and spacious, and the living experience is very good.

It was a good fit for a trade fair accommodation for four people. Bakery right next door. Just finding the small driveway was a bit tricky. But also not impossible.

Small accommodation in a very good location and with parking. Slightly limited storage space, luggage storage, toiletries, and clothes. But you can handle it.

We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! We were very happy with the place, very modern and a great shower!!

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️
