The place is really nice and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is spacious. One of the best features is the large counter table—it provided plenty of space to organize our things and made the whole place feel even more functional.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. They immediately attended to my requests without any hassle. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The place was very neat. Review for Cozy 1BR Ground Floor Condo @ Arezzo Place Davao I recently stayed at the Cozy 1BR Ground Floor Condo at Arezzo Place Davao, and it was one of my best Airbnb experiences! The space is incredibly cozy and inviting, with a delightful aesthetic that makes it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. It was exceptionally clean, which is a top priority for me. One standout feature is its affordability without sacrificing quality. The ground floor location is ideal for older guests or anyone needing easy access. The peaceful and secure community added to the relaxing atmosphere. Roland, the host, was incredibly responsive and attentive, promptly addressing all my requests. The condo accommodates up to three guests, but it’s perfect for two, offering just the right amount of space. I highly recommend this condo to travelers looking for a great place to stay in Davao. Ms Cherry’s place was great! The neighborhood was quiet. Easy access with transportation like taxi and grab going to nearby places and mall. The house was exactly like what was advertised. Homey feels indeed. Everything we needed for our 2 weeks stay was available to use at home. We will definitely book the place again on future travels.

Loved everything about this home. Very clean and spacious! Hosts are responsive and act quickly. Walkable to Matina Town Square where there are several dining options including my favorite Halo-Halo place Aling Fopings. It was maybe a bit large for only 8 people but it was nice to have all that room. Price is right if you have 12 or more people. Kinda pricey for just 8 people.

Judy’s place is perfect for family gathering, it has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 9-10 people has 3 bath rooms with water heater and AC in each room provided. The house is roomy and spacious, a covered front patio that we can do BBQ and hangout. A classy marbke round table with lazy Susan’s good for 10 people. Over all the house was homey that provide comfort, convenience, a little of lux, and a lot of satisfaction. Thank you Ms Juvy for letting us stay in your house. We truly enjoyed and happy with our stay. Your place becomes an instrument in our family memory making. Thank you.

Very clean when I arrived. Mosquitoes only came in after I opened the windows one day for 24 hours. When I arrived there were no mosquitoes. Lots of tricycle drivers hang out outside the door. Bedroom is relatively quiet. Cold shower. Nice big refrigerator. House is very decorated.

Highly recommended place to stay in davao. Spotless, friendly host, helpful host. Even close to the famous Catholic Church in davao. And overlooking Restaurants nearby and SM Mall Ecoland for shopping. Overall experienced is absolutely worth stay-in! All the best to Ms. Jennifer 👍

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Place is just like the photos. Large bed, strong AC. Unit was very clean. Spacious corner desk good for work, and large TV with sound bar. It's a corner unit with large windows and a balcony, and the view is great just as seen in the pics, especially for sunrise. Building is mostly family-occupied and quiet. Not much to do in the immediate area, but the location is quite central and most things are not far. Laundry and convenience stores are just next door. K was very responsive and accommodating host. I'll be sure to stay here if I'm back in Davao!

We super love this place! The host is really kind, thoughtful and considerate. He was patient with all my inquiries and responds immediately. The place is clean and as described. There are cleaning tools that you can use while you are staying there which is nice to keep the place clean during the stay. This is definitely our home in davao!

Its location being short walking distance to the SM Mall was the primary reason for selecting the Airbnb unit. Easy to find transportation when needed just outside the main entrance gate. Having a small convenient store at the location was a plus as well. Hot shower was quick to start with plenty of pressure. The bed mattress was very comfortable. Though I didn’t have time to use them myself, a basketball court and large pool were available and easily accessible. Finally, a premium that needs to be noted is the complex is gated with uniformed security guards on standby and posted at other locations within the complex and always willing to help when needed.

Victoria is a wonderdul host and accomodated us with any and all of our needs.

Had a great stay at their place. It was clean and very accessible to numerous restaurants and stores nearby. We just had a few problems checking in. Host may improve communication with their clients. Overall, would recommend their unit for those who are looking for a place at the heart of the city of Davao.

Had a wonderful time at this unit. It's located in a great area of Davao, a bit away from the city center, but still with all sorts of shops, restaurants, bars, karaoke venues, and other things all within a few minutes walk. The unit itself was very nice, and the host was very responsive and accommodating to us, including some special requests we had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a short or long stay in this part of town.
