When we first spotted upon this house on AirBnb, it seemed to me that it's almost too good to be true, that there must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it appeared online. The place is spotless, spacious and peaceful to stay in. The house is newly built and everything that's inside of it are all brand new. It's also close to a big supermarket which was handy and to dozens of restaurants where you can order online for delivery. Ms. Sharon, the host, is the most reliable, gracious and considerate one. She provided us with all the information we needed and even showed us the house prior to our check-in dates. She was very accommodating and flexible with the check-in and check-out time, with the number of people allowed to celebrate with us during the day and with the usage of all what's in her house which was extremely helpful since we rented it for a birthday party. She really went way beyond to make our days comfortable and memorable. Our stay was made extra special because of ate Gaga too, the housekeeper, who's very attentive and caring to all of her guests. She made our stay more homey by offering to prepare our every meals everyday and to ensure that everyone's feeling okay. Be that as it may, we will definitely be coming back again. So if you are reading this, just book this wonderful home.

This was our fourth time staying in this house, and as always, it was worth every penny! The place is spacious, making it perfect for family gatherings and barkada trips. We always appreciate how comfortable and accommodating the space is, which is why we keep coming back. The caretakers are friendly, and the host is always responsive and welcoming. A big plus for us was how considerate they were—after finishing a trail run race, we asked if we could extend our stay for a couple more hours to freshen up, and they graciously allowed us to stay for free. That kind of hospitality goes a long way! While no stay is ever perfect, the overall experience has always been enjoyable, which is why we continue to return. Looking forward to staying here again soon! Highly recommended for those looking for a spacious and accommodating place to stay.

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Stayed here for a week, and everything was incredible. As a shy type person, I really appreciate the smooth check in and out without any hassle and the very clear instructions of everything with all the small notes inside of the unit of how to do everything. We would like to commend the host for being responsive. We had a view quiries back then and they are quick to answer as such as the kitchen stuff and all. We stayed with out baby and I was able to tend to our baby’s needs since the facilities are quite complete and functional. Ang bait ng staff na si Ate Ruby and host Sir Geno. Kahit may mga naiwan kami na kalat since may baby kami hindi masungit si ate( I asked sorry naman). Daghang Salamat po!

I had a fantastic stay at this condo unit! The place was exceptionally clean, incredibly cozy, and came with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Agnes was outstanding as a host—she was not only prompt in her responses but also provided clear and detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. The internet was fast and reliable, which was essential for me for both work and leisure. We had loads of fun at the swimming pool that stays open until 9 PM, and at just £1.50 per guest. Sasa port is just a short walk away, making a day trip to Samal Island very convenient. There are also several shops nearby, and food delivery options are readily accessible, Plus, the airport is only a quick 10-minute drive away! I had a wonderful time in Davao, and I will definitely book this condo again for my next trip. Everything exceeded my expectations and so worth it.

Overall good! the only thing missing is a mop we can use for the bathroom just in case. It's a very nice place to stay with due to privacy and security and there's not many people around. Breathtaking 360⁰ view on the rooftop as well! perfect for dates and photography!

The stay here was amazing! There is a beautiful view out on the balcony, especially if you look to the right! When I arrived i felt right at home and could rest myself from the long travel there. During the stay there were some ants but as long you dont leave your trash around they were no problem. overall i loved the ac and the stay there everything was near and it was a pleasure to stay at this Airbnb. Wonderful experience, place is lose to shopping and my family. Apartment is clean and comfortable. All necessities that i need for cooking are there, perfect for a small family. Wifi is great.
