Condo vacation rentals in Diego Martin Regional Corporation

Stayed with my family of 5 over Christmas. Excellent location. Restaurants and shops on premise. Clean and updated 2 bedroom unit. No sofa bed. Convenient parking to go in and out. Stunning views from every room. Building lobby a bit shabby, there was water damage. Hot water also a bit flaky. Renee and staff were excellent. All in all I would stay again and recommend this place.

We’re very grateful to Simi and Clytus for all of their great help in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They had everything we needed ready for us including some local treats and food so we had time to settle in and get our bearings. After our outings it was so nice to come “home” to comfort. Simi went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her recommendations for places to visit and eat were very helpful. Thanks again!!

Quinta’s location was BEAUTIFUL! The view alone was breath taking and the location was in the center of everything. You had bars and restaurants downstairs, a steel pan yard around the corner, a leisurely walk to Queens Park Savannah, and footsteps away from the police barracks. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would love to book again in the future. Quinta was very responsive when I reached out and was always friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back again!

We had a wonderful experience, the location was perfect. The place was exactly as described and we loved the convenience of it all! Sam was super helpful, professional and provided timely responses which we most definitely appreciated! This really elevated the experience! Adèle’s place is exactly as described! Beautiful and spacious property, clean and airy. The neighbourhood is peaceful with a beautiful view. Adèle was extremely responsive when contacted which was extremely appreciated. I had a long stay during the carnival season and it felt like a home away from home. The location made it easy to get around for carnival and other outings. We had a car but when my partner was at work I had no problems getting a ride share. Due to being busy with carnival and visiting family I did not get a chance to use the beautiful pool. The kitchen facilities were great for preparing home cooked meals, plenty of bed linens and towels, toiletries etc to have a comfortable stay. My flight was delayed over night and Adèle kindly accommodated me for an additional night which again was extremely appreciated! Wonderful host and a fantastic stay! Highly recommended!

The location is excellent and has private parking. There are fantastic restaurants just steps outside the front lobby as well as a movie theatre. The shower facet cracked when I was showering. I let Jennifer know and she promptly replied and bought a new one. Water pressure can be a bit low at times and it seems to be early evening

Our stay at Kavita’s place was amazing. The two bedroom was spacious and well appointed. A newly renovated apartment with top notch appliances it had all the amenities for one’s creature comfort such as coffee machine with ample supplies. There w as only one noticeable item missing from the apartment and that was the absence of a full length mirror. Beyond that and to reiterate, Kavita’s place is an utterly charmingly 2 bedroom apartment located in Diamond Vale. The host Kavita was onsite during our stay and was very responsive to all of our wants and needs. I would definitely be coming back. Thanks Kavita for sharing and opening your space with and to us🙏🏽❤️

Excellent accommodations. The condo is spacious, roomy and well equipped. Restaurants on site within walking distance. Grocery store/market and bars are also within walking distance. Our host, Nadira, is pleasant and professional. She met us at the condo, gave us a tour and explained everything. Our friends visit Trinidad often, were extremely happy with the place and said they will reserve this condo again--next time they are in town.

Everything was perfect the stay was perfect. We do see ourselves going back again and stay at the same place. The only down side was the front desk at the lobby area we asked a simple question and she was not very helpful with the respond or answer.

Overall we had a great stay at Donna’s place. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Having coffee on the balcony with the birds and amazing view was the best. Donna was very friendly and checked in throughout the stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Only downside was the pool being closed but given there are beaches and other activities just a short drive away it wasn’t missed. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the island.

Roxanne was a wonderful, kind host and her place is very comfortable, clean, and accessible. I felt safe in the neighborhood and was extremely glad to be near the Savannah. Roxane was kind enough to cook breakfast a couple of times during my stay (delicious btw!). Her place is easy to find, the water pressure of the shower was great, and Roxanne has suggestions for taxis if needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends! Keith’s place felt like home away from home. Keith was a responsive and courteous host from arrival to departure, and guided me through check-in via video call. The welcome rum punch was also greatly appreciated. The views from the apartment are beautiful and the neighbourhood is super peaceful! I spent many mornings sitting in the gallery with a cup of coffee enjoying the view. The morning breeze through the apartment was refreshing! Everything you need is within a short walking distance, from grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and a new doughnut shop where the sweet treats are delicious. Everything you need to feel at home is available at Keith place, from cooking utensils, fresh linen, shower gel, shampoo etc, cable TV (for chill days at home). Keith checked in with me throughout my stay to ensure all was going well, and to check if I needed anything which was really nice! Not enough characters to say how brilliant my stay was! I cannot wait to stay again! Thank you Keith

Alistair’s place was beautiful, modern and free of clutter while still having everything we could need for our stay. The location was fantastic - peaceful and private - while still being close to all our favorite places. Communication before and during our stay was incredible - and we appreciated the local recommendations from Alistair as well as Gillian’s helpfulness upon our arrival and during our stay. We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and are grateful to Alistair to letting us enjoy his place for our stay.

I recently stayed at this 3-bedroom Airbnb in Port of Spain as a solo traveler. While the space was larger than I needed, I appreciated the extra room to spread out and relax. The house itself was clean and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The WiFi was stable, which was important for me, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a lifesaver in the Trinidad heat. The location was decent—close enough to key areas like downtown and the Savannah, but I would recommend having a car or using ride-share apps for convenience. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, though at times there was some street noise in the evenings. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were responsive to my questions. However, I did notice that a few minor details, like extra towels and a more thorough deep clean in certain areas, could be improved.
