This is perfect choice if your looking for something accessible to POS and other areas closeby. While the building has an older character, the apartment has been beautifully updated with modern decor. The kitchen was a standout feature — it's well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the double fridge is very nice touch! Spacious, sleek, and incredibly functional. It made cooking and storing food a breeze. The overall vibe of the place was cozy, clean, and inviting. I Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a perfect blend of charm and modern convenience. The little home office was a nice touch too. Supermarket and shopping is nearby. Host Nicholas was very accommodating. I Would definitely stay here again!

We were met by Carole, absolutely a lovely person. Upon entering the unit, we felt we were walking into a show home. Very well kept, clean, tastefully decorated and a lovely bottle of wine. It is very peaceful. Pool is beautiful, we felt very safe. I highly recommend you stay here. Thanks again James and Carole for your hospitality!

Stayed at this beautiful location to unwind from the crazy hectic pace of Trinidad Carnival for a wellness weekender and ended up staying a few more days because it was such a lovely and inviting location. Jason and his sister Maria are excellent hosts and I felt quite at home during my stay. It is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and is exactly as listed.

3 of us Stayed here for TT Carnival. The couple shared the bedroom. I had the sofa bed. There is a cot and air mattress available if anyone needs to crash as well. AC is great. Great location next to NAPA and the Savannah. 2 minute walk to TGIF. 2 min walk to NAPA. 10 minute walk to Tragarete and 15 min walk to Ariapita. Its just the beginning of those streets tho so you might end up walking 30 mins to get where u need to go but i felt safe walking at all times of the day/night Anton also hooked us up with a very reliable driver. Ask for Michael if you ever need a ride around!

We had 3 adults and 2 kids and it was the perfect place for us. It was open and comfortable, felt like a home away from home! The pool was an added bonus! Loved the location as it was very close to the savannah. I hope this place is available for our future visits!

An absolutely beautiful property - such wonderful artwork and design, it felt like a home away from home! The hosts were warm and welcoming and were on hand for any needs! 10/10

Our Carnival stay in Woodbrook was great. The gated community was kept clean, we felt totally safe and 'everything' within walking distance. We felt no need for a car although parking was available. David's apartment was all we could ask for, large balcony to living room and master bedroom with excellent views both day and night. With 2 bathrooms, one ensuite, fully equipped kitchen etc if you felt like cooking up a storm. However, with so many restaurants within the community and other great places to eat within a short walking distance, why bother? but you have the choice. David's place is one that we would definitely stay again for carnival or any other time for that matter.

If you wan’t to feel like home, in a safe and clean area....... Chez Mimi is the place to be!!!! You will find all you need. The appartement is immaculate / extra clean / brand new appliances / Wi-fi / air conditioning ❄️. Walking distance from the Savannah Queens Park / dtown everything is accessible Would recommend for any small group (2-4 pers) or couple with young children Thank you Mimi

Whist is a very considerate host going out of his way to make sure I was very comfortable during my stay and providing me with extra amenities to make me more comfortable. The place looks exactly like the photos and very clean and Whist was very helpful and always gave responses to enquiries I made. A very great stay I had.

Very well appointed apartment in a leafy POS suburb with easy access to everything, further improved by an excellent host!

Luana is a great host! Great communication and very informative about what’s going on in the area and for tips on where to go and see/eat! Her and her husband took my father and I to the local yacht association and we got to see another side of Trinidad. The listing was cozy, and offers everything one would need to have a great stay in Port of Spain. Location is good, easily a 15 minute walk/3minute drive to the avenue with food and bars. And a mall up the road with all your needs.

The place was awesome for me to work remotely, after Carnival. It is close to a hotel I normally stay at, within walking distance. The hill can be a lot for some to walk, but I needed it after weeks of PARDYin’. I love the area and the nature surrounding the place. Ms. Pearl was awesome, I will be back soon. Thank you!

Group of us stayed her for Carnival time. This place was close enough to all the action without being directly in the center. Less than a 10 minute drive to everything we needed for food and fetes. Also the pictures are accurate. Beautiful view and modern place. The place is up a hill (only way to get that view), but once you drive it once it becomes easy. Omar is also a wonderful host. His availability, responsiveness, and friendliness is above par for Airbnb places.

Staying at this apartment was an absolute delight. Walking in, I immediately felt a sense of peace and security. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom was spotless and impeccably clean. The living room exuded lovely and homey vibes, seamlessly connecting to a well-equipped kitchen that had everything I needed. The outdoor area was perfect, offering serenity in its fullest bloom. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful. It was exactly like the pictures welcoming clean and cozy. The only thing I was confused about was communicating with different people but they were all helpful. I was grateful to be allowed to stay here.

I had such an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space really felt like an oasis – cozy, beautifully set up, and so peaceful. The host was genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. His hiking recommendations were spot-on and made my trip even better. I have stayed quite a few places in this World and I can say without question this is one of the Best. The views are some of the most immaculate in Port of Spain. The condos are exactly as described and well worth it, me & my family would stay here anytime.
