Monthly Rentals in Dickerson Bay

Very clean and very peaceful! Birds singing. ❤️Good place to walk a dog. ❤️Close to good restaurants. Hosts was very pleasant and asked if we needed anything else. Very accommodating. I'd rent this again in a heartbeat. ❤️Very nice Baptist church within walking distance. Everyone at church made you feel welcome. Pastor had an awesome sermon too! ❤️

Refuge on the Water was a lovely place to stay! We were welcomed with a handwritten note and a bottle of wine, which was a really sweet touch. Everything was VERY clean and tidy. Linda was very friendly to communicate with but also respected our privacy. Very enjoyable to sit out on the patio with the view of the lake, listening to the many birds in the area. Also loved all the little cute green tree frogs that hung out with us on the patio :) overall, a wonderful and comfortable stay!

This was my 3rd time staying at this charming cottage. From the wonderful “Old Florida” vibe to the cozy decor and the walkability to a waterfront park — love it! This time, there were also some cool walkable local businesses to check out — 2 antique/vintage shops and a coffee shop with amazing cinnamon rolls. Tricia is a very thoughtful host and terrific communicator — very friendly and knowledgeable. This is an ideal getaway destination if you enjoy small town peacefulness, cottagey charm, plentiful nature, and beaches.
