Vacation rentals with a patio in Detroit

Marie’s place is super peaceful and filled with gorgeous natural light. Loved that the river was at the end of the street, really nice to walk in the evenings. The flat is spacious and comfortable for two people. The kitchen is well stocked and clean as was the bathroom. Central AC worked well when there were some hot days. Always found street parking just outside the house. Marie was easy to communicate with and asked a few times if I needed anything else which was appreciated, as well as gave a few suggestions of cafes nearby and things to do. Would happily stay here again if I’m back in Windsor!

The hosts were incredibly responsive before and during our stay, really making sure that we had everything we needed! The house itself is gorgeous, well designed, and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed and more! Beds were super comfortable as well as linens. The added touches like a record player, a few welcome snacks, etc were so nice! Amanda and Kurt’s place is the ideal location when you are looking to explore Southwest Detroit, Corktown, Downtown, and Midtown. Not only that, you are walking distance to Mexicantown - a historic area of Southwest rich in Mexican culture and food. The unit was clean, easy to access, and safe. If you are traveling solo or in a pair this is the spot for you. Check out the newly remolded Detroit Train Station that is within waking distance and don’t forget your passport as Canada is a five minute drive away! I highly recommend and I will be booking again. Carolyn's place was wonderful, plenty of space, plants, etc. It felt very homey. I appreciated the communication and again, no complaints here. Will/would hit up this gem again next time in the D. Lots of nice restaurants nearby as well. We walked to Little Caesar's Arena, no problem.

Maureen was very attentive and gracious. The rental space was very lovely. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and well equipped kitchen. Thanks for a great vacation!

The location of Sam's place could not have been better. It is within walking distance of downtown Royal Oak, so it is easy to experience everything this town has to offer. Sam was very proactive in addressing any issues that came up and really showed that he wanted our stay to be as pleasant as possible. We would certainly stay again the next time our travels take us to Royal Oak.

I had an amazing stay at Roger’s Airbnb in Ferndale, Michigan. Roger was an exceptional host—amicable, flexible, attentive, and responsive to all my needs. The neighborhood was quiet, providing a peaceful retreat, yet offered plenty of access to local activities. Ferndale boasts a variety of attractions to suit different interests. The Rust Belt Market is a must-visit, featuring over 30 independently owned small businesses offering unique art and crafts. For spirits enthusiasts, Valentine Distilling Co offers excellent vodkas, including infused varieties like berry and tre pepper. If you’re into interactive experiences, the Good Day Selfie Museum provides over 20 unique setups for fun photos and videos. Additionally, Ferndale hosts numerous events throughout the year, such as the Blues Festival, Ferndale Pride, and the Holiday Ice Festival, ensuring there’s always something happening.   Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend Roger’s place to anyone.

This home was cozy and convenient. Stayed here with a 4 year old and 18 month old, there is a playground within walking distance of the home. A quick drive to multiple family friendly entertainment options. Both kids enjoyed the wildlife that came up to the bird feeders by the house. We also really appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

5 stars. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Air conditioning is quiet and works great. Check in and check out easy. Host was responsive throughout our trip. It is a little noisy due to upstairs guests.

We loved our stay we felt right at home. The host was great with communication and made sure we didn’t have any questions. The property was lovely and clean. We only found long pet hair around the house from a booker before us but besides that every thing was great. We dom recommend booking with this property it was worth every dollar.

Justin’s place was exactly as advertised. This is a 6-7 minute walk to the Little Caesar’s Arena ( Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Pistons) Perfect for the family to walk, even better with good weather! This place was super clean and tons of space for the family.There is also a playground around the corner for the younger kids to play on. I would definitely stay there again! Bryan B

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.

Alejandro’s place was clean and well equipped. I appreciate the abundance of kitchen utensils and the heater. WiFi was a bit slow but it works. Only discrepancies would be this unit is not an entire home. That was the filter I put but got a shared home. The other tenants were nice and it wasn’t a big deal but I did expect an entire private home.

Shones place was such a peaceful and pleasant place to stay. Wonderfully decorated and with all modern amenities. Sofa was so comfy to kick back and relax on. Bed was super soft and linens were pristine. Bathroom was squeaky clean, soap and shampoos are provided. Condo is super easy to find and entry is very smooth.

Very clean and comfortable home! Perfect for our short stay in the area. Even gave us an early check in to help accommodate our time. Excellent host!
