What a great house! We felt comfortable from start to finish. The house is clean and has everything your heart desires. Tasteful decor, comfortable beds, sauna, drying room and so many other wonderful little touches that made our stay perfect. Great, fully equipped kitchen with good coffee maker and the basics of spices as well as a basic set of dishes, etc. The kids were very happy about the many toys, even a sled we could use. Plenty of room for everyone, quiet location and yet fast in the ski resort. Aneta is super friendly and quick to respond. Absolutely perfect Airbnb for us! 😊❤️

The place was excellent for our ski vacation! There was a storage room for ski equipment, boot dryers and in a very short time you were at the ski bus. Lubos was a very accommodating host and easy to reach. I highly recommend the place and would immediately come back here on vacation.

Lenka's place is stunning. Right in the historic centre of Hradec Kralove, it was a perfect base for our adventures for a few days. Heads up that the upper floor is half height, and accessing the roof deck via the ladder is a bit awkward as the ceiling is so low. Highly recommend staying here.

I highly recommend this place, a great location , a guarded neighborhood, an elevator for the outdoors and an elevator in the middle of the house, a few steps and you are in a spa park that is not only very well-maintained by a lot of flowers, and fountains, everywhere nearby , the neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is well-maintained, nicely decorated, there is a washing machine, which for families with children is an amenity and coffee maker, 2 balconies , which is also a big plus , we will definitely stay there again, very good contact with Mrs. Aga. A very nice and well-kept house. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms for max. 8 people. The sauna is very good and has a fantastic view through a window to the south - pure nature, just great. The large terrace with various seating furniture is also very nice. Kitchen and living room are large and spacious. I'd love to stay there again.

Everything was fine, nice cottage with everything you would need. 100% equipped, plenty of everything. When you arrive, flooded. Great relaxation on the furnace. We were very satisfied and spent a week over Christmas at the property. We were particularly pleased upon arrival, that we even found a Christmas tree in our cabin as a surprise. Unfortunately, our check-in was delayed because we had a breakdown with our car. But everything still worked out. Ivan even helped us find a workshop the next morning where we got help the same day. He is a helpful host and we felt very comfortable there.
