Monthly Rentals in Desert Aire

We stayed here for our annual fishing trip. The hosts were amazing and left us a thank you card with a lovely bottle of wine. We were having such a great time, we added another day to our trip! We would highly recommend staying here.

Steve & Peggy's home in Matawa was neat, clean and uncluttered and easy to settle into. The three bedrooms are spacious, there's a larger central area open to the kitchen. Easy to park in the garage. A nice view of the river from the home. We didn't cook but the coffee pot was perfect! A short walk away is access to the Priest Rapids Recreation Area. There is a level trail along the river. We walked this both days we were there. Nice walk, birding opportunity and easy exercise. If you go north, the trail is paved. Going south the trail becomes gravel. Both directions are good. Communication was great, emails questions were answered promptly, and we had check in information a few days ahead. We left a pair of shoes, and Steve and Peggy have been great arranging a way for us to pick them up. Very kind and easily arranged. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend this listing. We loved our one-night stay at the place! It was very peaceful and a spacious home. Enjoyed the hot tub and the sunset over the ridge. Would gladly come back to stay some more time!
