Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Next to our monumental farm on the yard, this small accommodation is easy and not too expensive to stay in. Sanitary facilities and a common room are located in the farmhouse. The estate borders on the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is within 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can shop wonderfully and have a choice of several restaurants in the evening. The city of Groningen is 15 min away by car/bike 1 hour and 20 min by public transport.

The loving and extensive furnishings were perfect for us due to the toys and equipment for children (fall-out protection by the bed, baby monitor, changing table, diaper bucket, etc.). Two minutes away are several public playgrounds that offer variety suitable for all ages. For our family, our stay was perfectly 🥰rounded off by the friendly welcome of Geert, who was always available and helpful. Thank you for a great week! 🍀

Stan and Nicole's place was everything we expected from it. A cozy living room and nice kitchen. Wonderful bedrooms with soft beds. Plenty of room for our entire family with two big sons. The garden is deep and quiet with a beautiful lawn, very private. The house is just at the end of the village so everything is easy to walk and yet quiet. You are walking and by bike in no time on the beach or the rest of the island. Stan and Nicole respond super quickly and give a clear and friendly answer. Don't miss the fish case around the corner which is excellent and the bike rental case within a minute's walk is definitely the best to use We will definitely be back.

We found our little Happy Place for an extended weekend at "Luka's Hut". A calm and private place with all the supplies we needed and a full view at the rivers waterfront with an easy access to it to use the provided Kajaks and the SUP board, which was a real treat to relax. The very tastefully furnished cabin together with the warm little stove in the living room area was also a real delight. We got all the informations we needed and how to easily check-in way in advance so from day one we got the time-out we were looking for. Hartelijk dank!

Had a very nice weekend in quiet Friesland. The cottage is located on a beautiful, quiet park. The cottage itself is very modern and neat and equipped with every comfort. All this for a very nice price! I can recommend it to everyone. Contact with the host is very accessible and pleasant.
