The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. In addition, the owners were always easily accessible. The place was well equipped, we had everything we needed and were very satisfied overall. We had a lovely time.☺️

Our stay at Villa Duindoorn was perfect. It all started with the nicest welcome note and Robert’s kind offer to pick us up at the train station. From our very first impression, we loved everything about the house: the pictures and paintings everywhere, the handpicked designer furniture, the flowers, the books and the blooming garden. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen was very well-equipped: a fridge that makes ice cubes, an espresso machine, a big gas stove, sharp knives and all the basics we needed - including fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden! Once you enter the 1st floor, you find yourself in Pipi longstocking‘s Villa with the cosiest wallpaper, cloud-like beds, and loads of fresh towels! Robert and Karin showed us their property and invited us to use everything- from the swimming pool to the hammock and all the benches, seatings and little sun islands they have created. A perfect stay! A welcoming and peaceful place, a charming and flexible hostess. We couldn't have asked for more, 20 minutes by train from central Amsterdam! We'll definitely be back.

Great place! The cottage is located in an enclosed housing estate, there are plenty of green spaces in the area, you can walk a lot. The interior of the cottage has recently been refreshed, furniture different than in the photos, but it is definitely a positive change. Very comfortable layout. We were 7 adults and a child, every family/couple had their own room, and we could spend the evenings together in the spacious living room. I'd love to come back!

Lovely place to stay, the house is inside a gated lodge community around a central lake. There’s a lovely shopping centre locally. Amsterdam, Keukenhof (tulip garden) and Zaans Schanns (windmills) all within an hour by car. Beautiful, well equipped, stylish and comfortable property. We enjoyed our stay and host Gertrude was lovely, responsive and informative. Happy to recommend!

Large house with lots of space, directly on the water and a short walk to Abcoude. Easy communication and check in.

Marjolein and Jan are lovely hosts. They give great attention to their home and gardens. As shared, the home is walkable to the train and Heiloo business district. We were welcomed with delicious soup and snacks and were given time to chat and ask questions. Their kindness and willingness to help us navigate North Holland, and to make recommendations throughout our stay, was exceptional. I wish we had more time to chill, however, we squeezed in many beautiful sites in 5 short days. The small towns being a highlight! Heiloo is super and the locals so friendly:). Cozy family house, with all the comforts. Large garden and lots of toys. Everything works and is comfortable.

A super stay with a lot of space. For 5 people really perfect. We can recommend it to everyone. If we should mention a point of attention, that would only be the description of the last 100 meters to the cottage and the space to park the car in the driveway next to the house. However, that is secondary when you enter the house and enjoy it further.

The house was above our expectations. Provided everything we needed and was spacious enough for our group of 9. We’d definitely return in the future!

Really enjoyed this last minute booking after arranging our tickets to the historic Dutch GrandPrix 2021 Formula 1. The Host Vivian was a great communicator pre, during and post the event. She arranged a pass through ticket to the closed event area within Zandvoort, which was a unique ticket to have closer access to the event by car. The house has a lot of charm, especially the living room and the garden with its relaxing area that was very welcome after a day of 20 thousands steps in Zandvoort.

Our team of 6 people, business travel after one night, 1, the owner of the house proactively communicated to confirm the arrival time, it was planned to arrive at 8:30, the actual arrival was 9:30 -10, with 1 hour notice, the host was very patient; 2, There is a tree house and a swing in the house; 3. Easy parking🅿️; 4. Surrounded by 2.5km sea and beach, there are shells on the beach🐚, which is suitable for walking to see the beach🏖️;

This house is absolutely stunning! Unique decor and layout, and it's very quiet. Peaceful neighborhood with nice green areas, within walking distance to the center of Haarlem. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and was a perfect fit for 5 people where everyone can have some privacy. Highly recommend!

Great house right between Amsterdam and Utrecht - perfect for a pieceful getaway!

We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.

The house was charming, spotless, and very well-kept—a truly cozy and peaceful retreat. The surroundings were tranquil, making it a perfect getaway. We'd absolutely love to return Tom & Henne were friendly and responsive hosts.

Everything as in the photos and description. Despite the cold season, nice and warm inside. You can relax from everyday life, watch the animals in the field,or relax in the sauna \ bathtub after an extensive walk on the beach and dunes. Value is great as well. We are happy to book the Airbnb again when we are in the area. Thank you Martina also for the nice communication and the detailed details about the apartment.

We were traveling with two families (4 adults and 3 children). The house has enough space. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward and personal. We had a small issue and got an answer right after contacting them and resolved it. The furnishings of the house are simple and without much decoration/coziness but sufficient. The kitchen, in turn, was well equipped (toaster, gas stove, good microwave, pots of various sizes). Children's equipment (stair gate at the top, high chair and crib) are available and sun loungers were brought to us. The garden is huge and offers plenty of space for the children to play. Location is quiet in the middle of a holiday park. The pool was still empty at the end of April/beginning of May. Although the weather was only warm during the day, the house has heated up a lot and it is very bright. We had a good time and can recommend the stay!

Nice spacious house with large backyard. Everything was clean and tidy. Also very nice that there was a tennis court.

The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

The accommodation is particularly cozy, very nice to spend the evening there. If you like board games, nice round table in the living room to play... Quiet neighborhood. Accommodation close to the train station and restaurants. The city itself is very pretty. Finally, Marius gives all the useful information. A home and place that I would recommend without hesitation.
