House vacation rentals in Den Helder

Everything was great! We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is really perfect for switching off for a few days. Since the weather was not good with us, unfortunately we could not do so much, but otherwise there are nice outdoor activities. :)

We were completely satisfied and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Clean, spacious, tastefully decorated with a nice garden. Communication with the host was very good. Thank you and we'd love to come back.

Our stay was wonderful! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The host was excellent in communication—friendly, quick and helpful. The location was also perfect: a quiet area, ideal for relaxing, but at the same time plenty to do nearby. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a carefree and pleasant stay!

A great and clean house in a quiet area. With 8 people, we were fine with the rooms and bathrooms. Pool was to our satisfaction!

We enjoyed the time very much and did many small bike rides. The accommodation is beautiful, quiet and very idyllically located. However, we would not stay in the property again with 5 adults. The loft bed is more suitable for children and unfortunately we were not able to sleep so well, as there was no air coming up under the roof at night (despite the open window) and it became very warm and stuffy. With children, you can definitely recommend the accommodation! :)

We were completely satisfied with the whole family (9 adults + 1 baby) for a few days and were completely satisfied. The house is very spacious, so everyone had enough space – even with so many people. Everything was super clean, lovingly decorated and very well equipped – from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the bathrooms. We found the quiet location and the beautiful outdoor area where we could eat and relax together. Also for the baby, everything we needed was there. Communication with the host was quick, very friendly, and straightforward. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time!

We had a very nice weekend in the apartment! The apartment is well equipped and the location is perfect for excursions, we will definitely come back :)

My family and I felt right at home. It was absolutely as described. Very idyllic, quiet and as soon as the sun came out a dream to spend time outside. Anita was super sweet and even brought some cake. It was really great and this beautiful property just a dream.

We booked very spontaneously, the host responded immediately and was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment was clean and very modern and tastefully decorated. We particularly liked the proximity to the beach, with the many beach bars and cafes. Highly recommended!

Thanks for everything Nico. We had a great time. The house was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay. The local restaurant was helpful and the food was great. We didn't need to book but I guess in the busier months, this might be necessary. We were out every day visiting the Circuit at Zandvoort and Amsterdam, both close enough to the house. Pieter’s well-appointed space was charming, relaxing and a welcome place to return to after a day enjoying quaint Haarlem or the surrounding cities. It was perfect for our group of six adults - we especially appreciated that all the bedrooms are en suite. Pieter was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to my inquiries. Our stay could not have been better!

I would like to thank Lindsey very much, we had a nice stay throughout and an uncomplicated check-in and out. The communication could not have gone better, you always got a quick response from Lindsey and at check-in she also received us personally. We arrived significantly late because the road was quite crowded, but that was also no problem for them. We had a wonderful stay in Castricum - Frank is a lovely and attentive host and was on hand to answer any questions and give recommendations for food and drink nearby. Castricum is a great hub to get to lots of places nearby (Haarlem, Alkmaar, Amsterdam) and the beach is fairly close too!

Tamara’s home was absolutely wonderful! She arranged everything perfectly and was very responsive from the moment we booked. When our flight changed and we had to shift our plans by a day, she was incredibly accommodating and handled it with great kindness. Everything listed in the description was exactly as promised, and her home was beautifully kept with thoughtful arrangements throughout. The location in Lisse was peaceful and in a lovely neighborhood, just a short distance from Keukenhof Gardens. We had a rental car and appreciated the free parking right next to the house, but we also noticed a bus stop conveniently nearby. Shops, supermarkets, and all necessary facilities were within walking distance, which made things really easy—especially with kids. The place was perfect for our family stay. Highly recommended!

Carina’s beach home was lovely. It was right next to the grocery store and less than 5 minutes to the beach and many restaurants. It is also right at the start of the tulip parade which we came for (super convenient with our small children!). It is near several tulip farms as well. It was super convenient. The outdoor space was private, the apartment was clean, and it had plenty of room. The beds were soft and the location was surprisingly quiet. We all were able to sleep in! Carina was super kind and allowed us to check in a little early. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend

Super friendly and responsive host - great house with a lovely garden

We spent a week with our 3.5 year old daughter in the nice little guest house. There was everything necessary, plenty of towels and linens. Lydia responded quickly to inquiries in advance. You are quickly at the beach and in the village. We would definitely visit again!

This is a lovely, well decorated house with very nice garden for sitting out on warm summer nights. A 90 second walk from the supermarket and only a short distance from Amsterdam. If you’re looking for a place to stay to visit the city, then this is perfect. It took us 25 minutes to drive to the closest park and ride and then a 15 min tram into the centre. Thanks Mary-Ann.

We had a great stay for three with a dog! The house is beautiful, very clean and stylishly furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. The location is fantastic, with wonderful nature right outside the door and great restaurants within walking distance. Jannie was simply fantastic: super warm, always available and had great tips for excursions and food. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back – absolute recommendation!
