Vacation rentals with a patio in Delaware Township

I enjoyed my stay at Bryan's apartment. It was spacious and convenient.

Kim was a great host. Her place was warm and welcoming. We loved everything, especially being welcomed with a bottle of wine. It was the perfect place for us and our dog Cassie.

It was an absolute beautiful place to stay and nice location. Quiet area and close to everything. It really brought cozy vibes and felt right at home. Eduardo gave very clear instructions and was very friendly. Down to this Floridian not knowing how to use a fireplace and giving me instructions on how to use it lol. After staying here I won’t even consider a different Airbnb for my next visit. It checked all of my boxes and I couldn’t ask for more.

Nachman's carriage house is a very quiet place in the hub of Philly suburbs. Very conveniently close to food, stores, parks, etc. The space is quite large and without carpets so sound inside is a bit loud. The main queen bed frame is older so it does make noise when a body shifts. A couple of table side lamps would be nice but the overhead lighting was certainly sufficient. The grounds are being renovated though we never saw workman about. The kitchen area and the bathroom downstairs are updated and really great to use. Note: full flight of stairs to get to those areas. We had to cut our stay short however, Nachman was positively responsive when we did. Everything was very clean. Which I really appreciated. We will return as it is close to our relatives in the area.

An absolutely lovely apartment with great amenities, comfy heating/cooling (not always a guarantee!), and easy access into town. No issues at all with noise. Definitely keep in mind though that there are lots of stairs for the apartment itself, and it is in a very hilly area to get to/from town, so if you have bad knees plan ahead! Overall extremely happy with my stay.

This was our second stay at one of Lou’s properties, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was the incredible attention to detail that made the house feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals—something many hosts overlook, but Lou nailed perfectly. The towels were hotel-quality, the bedding was soft and luxurious, the Wi-Fi was fast enough for Zoom meetings, and the neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming, walking distance from park trails and spring lake. Lou truly goes above and beyond as a host. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Lou!

We had a great time! The space was clean and private and the furniture was comfortable. The hosts were very kind and communicated everything we needed to know before we checked in. The appliances were up to date and clean. The location was convenient to Bethlehem, Allentown and all of the other local suburbs. We would definitely visit again!

The place was perfect and served the purpose. Access to the unit was pretty easy.and we found the unit to be neat and clean. The rental cost was reasonable given the area. The instructions from the host were pretty clear and the response from the host was quick. We definitely will look up this unit in the future.

Good stay, the hosts responded to any messages extremely quickly. Good central location.

A family and I had a great time while we visited for a wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and to hang out and do whatever it was that everyone wanted to. We'd stay there again if we were in the area.

This was a great place to stay. From booking to checking out Chantel was always clear and informative. When I walked in the house I was greeted with a lovely personalized welcome message that made me feel special. Her neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. I absolutely adored the bathroom and kitchen. I also appreciated the desk in both the laundry area as well as the master bedroom so that I could work on my computer. Very lovely home, I hope to stay here again in the future.

This was a great location, walkable to so many restaurants and artisan shops. It is a safe area, we were on a girls weekend, no safety concerns at all. Anthony was so responsive and helpful, was great to deal with. The place was very clean. Few things just to note, there isn’t a full size coffee pot, just keurig so you may want to bring your own. We also found the mattresses very uncomfortable, however I think that is such a personal preference and everyone likes something different, this was just our opinion. Overall was a great experience, we had a great weekend.

We absolutely loved the cottage. It was way more beautiful than we expected. The decorating was amazing. I felt like I walked into a designer’s magazine spread. Everything was clean and very Christmasy. Heidi answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. Outdoors was beautiful as well. I wished it was summer so I could experience having my own pool for the first time. It was all a wonderful experience! Thank you.

We had a great week here! Katelyn was great with communication. Everything was as described in the listing. The bedrooms were a bit funny (all sort of connected and there was a quirky spiral staircase) but it worked for our family of four. We also appreciated having the extra half bath downstairs. We loved being so close to the train station for an easy trip into the city. We also enjoyed the local bagel shop!

We needed a place for Thanksgiving overflow and Heather’s place was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with easy access to the DCNR towpath. There are 2 nicer restaurants , a pizza place and sandwich shop in walking distance. Heather was very proactive in her communication even contacting me about what might be needed to make Thanksgiving cooking easier. Highly recommend!

Denise's place was very clean and spacious. Loved that every bedroom had its own roku TV. Denise was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend her place if visiting the area.

André's home is a luxury apartment in Franklin Township surrounded by a peaceful and green environment, and a very safe neighborhood. As soon as you enter this place, you will feel at your home. Very cozy and quiet! Extremely comfortable couches and beds. Very big kitchen with everything you need for a long stay. Incredible air conditioning and heating system. The house also has a laundry room, where there are massive washing machine and dryer. The apartment is big enough to live in two people, as I did for the majority of my stay. I stayed with André for 4 months and changed two flatmates. The master bedroom is very beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. The closet was big enough to store my luggages and my bike too. André has been an incredible host. He also agreed in contributing on a new mattress expense. Drawbacks: - you need a car or you need to use Uber to move; - the ceiling fan of the other room is very noisy; - drywalls make sleeping challenging if other guests are noisy.

Fantastic place in a great location. Samantha was kind and flexible for our check in and out needs. Highly recommend her place!
