Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Delaware Township

Here is my review, This is a wonderful home to stay at for the week. We had our Thanksgiving reunion in Princeton. It was a wonderful celebration as we cooked the entire Thanksgiving meal in the lovely kitchen. And my family of six entertained here with much room and ease. I love the fact that everything is so close by and you don’t always have to have a car. You can just walk to all the restaurants and shopping areas. It’s also awesome that the main bedroom was on the lower level since I have a cane. We look forward to having our Christmas gathering there too. Thank you so much for making it special.

This was a great place to stay. From booking to checking out Chantel was always clear and informative. When I walked in the house I was greeted with a lovely personalized welcome message that made me feel special. Her neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. I absolutely adored the bathroom and kitchen. I also appreciated the desk in both the laundry area as well as the master bedroom so that I could work on my computer. Very lovely home, I hope to stay here again in the future.

I think this was a fair listing and fair price. Nothing majorly problematic stood out to me which was awesome, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Only a few minor negatives (listed below). *Room scent machines & plugins were excessive and too frequent *No coat rack near the door *No shampoo/conditioner provided (that I could find) *No cutting boards (that I could find) *Parking instructions were on the counter but wish they were in the listing / somewhere in the app *Carpet is well-worn in the bedrooms *No hand railing for the top 7 stairs or so, leading up to the top floor *No outdoor seating (shown in photos) *Only 1 bathroom on the top floor, second bathroom was in the basement (nothing can be done, it was just inconvenient) *No real comforters for the beds, only fleece throw blankets

We stayed at the house while our house was being renovated. It was perfect for our family of four and our dog.

This is the second time we have stayed here and have loved it each time. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and we had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving celebration with family.

The townhouse was lovely, cozy and just right for my husband, 2 of our boys and me when we visited Philly for Family Weekend at Drexel. Very clean, amazing location and Melissa and Devon were very responsive. We walked to campus several times - just about 20 minutes and a lovely walk.

Great stay overall! Very easy checkin and felt close to whatever we wanted to do in the city. Would stay again!

Had a great weekend with friends, Mary couldn’t be a more gracious host. The unit was very cozy and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay at this location. We got a parking space right around the corner and found entry to be a breeze. The apartment was bright, clean and cozy and perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Skeitha was so accommodating with our check in and check out times. She was very helpful and quick to respond with any requests. We will definitely stay again. It made our thanksgiving having such a great place to call home for a week .

My fiance and her bridesmaids went for her bachelor party and they have not stop been talking about how absolutely beautiful this place is.If you're looking for the perfect getaway in the Poconos, the villa was very precious and this is a gem for groups both big and small! With five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, it easily accommodates everyone without feeling cramped. The villa is packed with amenities to keep everyone entertained, from the game rooms featuring billiards, tennis, foosball, basketball, poker, and more, to the cozy cinema room. The outdoor setup is just as impressive with a massive pool (open in the summer), a hot tub on the expansive deck, a fire pit, and plenty of dining areas both indoors and out. There's also a trampoline for the kids, a spacious yard, and a cozy covered terrace that's ideal for relaxation. With panoramic nature views, ample parking for 6-7 cars, and an inviting atmosphere for relaxation or celebration,this villa truly has it all!

We had a comfortable and cozy stay at the place. Host is responsive and helpful. In all we had a wonderful time.

We had an amazing week with our 4 children plus their partners at The Corner at St. Luke's. The hosts thought of everything when they renovated this old church. It is surrounded by beautiful woods and a pristine creek. We caught many fish in the ponds just outside of the home. There are multiple lovely places to sit and read and so many activities to occupy everyone.....pool table, ping pong, shuffle board, chess. The large kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd and there are ample pristine bathrooms. The entire home was spotless. The owners were so helpful and clearly love this property. I highly recommend staying there.

Royaa Retreat was a fantastic place to stay. Although the listing looks great, the home and property were even better in person. The property is very private with a very large yard, perfect for dogs and kids to run around in. The home itself is very charming and feels inviting. We felt at home instantly! The home is well equipped and has all of the amenities you would need. The kitchen and upstairs bathroom were particular highlights for us. Everything worked properly and Shahram was very responsive and accommodating with our requests. We cannot recommend this place enough and are already planning our next stay with one of their other properties.

This is a unique property. Stunningly beautiful grounds and a spacious house. The beds were comfortable and the description Stephanie provided is accurate. The house has a couple of common areas that were great for gathering. We did not use the sauna but it looked great and Stephanie provides detailed instructions in the listing. The house is very open and sound does carry up and down the floors so keep that in consideration if your group has a mixture of night owls and early-to-bed types. The house instructions are also important to pay attention to as there are a number of rules/penalties. The house is on the market but Stephanie was careful in ensuring there weren’t viewings during our stay which was much appreciated.

I cannot say enough good things about this place - 10/10 recommend. If you have stayed in a lot of airbnb's, you have come across some that don't have that "someone actually lives in this home" feel. That is NOT the case with this one. Every touch is personalized and extremely high quality and the hosts truly care about your experience.

Perfect, peaceful, private location. Beautiful views. Host was very helpful and descriptive with instructions. Never any issues, very clean house. Would like to visit again.
