Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

A modern living area features a comfortable sofa with decorative pillows, accompanied by a round coffee table. Natural light floods the space through sliding glass doors, which lead to a private outdoor area. A gentle green plant adds a touch of nature to the decor.

This beautiful townhouse is well-appointed and spotlessly clean with a well-equipped kitchen and good WiFi, a 3-minute walk to the beach and 6 minutes to the grocery store. The Carebnb team is responsive and helpful Ideal for those exploring New Brighton with nearby hot pools playgrounds and library. A car is necessary to go into the city but street parking is usually available
