Please read our description before booking! Basement apartment close to I-15. Gas oven and range, full fridge, and breakfast provided. Close to Hill Air Force Base! You can enjoy a nice, quiet evening at the fireplace, grill in the backyard, or check out what’s around (Hill Aerospace Museum, Antelope Island, Great Salt Lake, etc.). We are upgrading and updating the house as we can. The laundry room is in the basement, but separate from this apartment. Stairs are steep and narrow!

Mountain side, 1/2 acre grassy country home, pet free... Very comfortable with 2 family rooms with large flat screen TV in one of the rooms, spacious kitchen, 2 fireplaces and plenty of wood to burn, hiking, snowshoeing, biking out the door and 20 minutes from Snow Basin and 45 minutes from Salt Lake Ski areas. The mountain is your back yard. This home is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The deer love it too! No parties or events allowed.
