Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented so you will not be sharing ANY space.

The "Carraige House at Brevard" is conveniently located near downtown Brevard, North Carolina. Newly constructed, newly listed with a contemporary farmhouse style. It is situated on 6-1/2 acres with mountain and French Broad River valley views. Easy walk to Oskar Blues Brewery, bike path to Pisgah National Forest and the Davidson River. There are 2 bedrooms with king size luxury mattresses. The 3rd bed is on a pull out in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with washer & dryer.

Also it is riding and jogging distance to the trails at bracken mountain which have been continually growing and go all the way to pisgah forest. Also close is the "lumber arts district" with restaurants, live music, and art stores. There is a bike path to breweries, river swimming holes, and lots of other things to do. The house is cozy and small with a sleeping loft up a spiral staircase.
