Great central location! Michael was very proactive in communication prior, during, and after our stay. Great location for the beach and to get to local shops and restaurants. Plenty of beach accessories and board games. Would go back without hesitation!

My family and I rented Diane’s home for Christmas and it was perfect for us! We appreciated the wonderful art that’s decorated throughout the home and it was also incredibly clean. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook up a storm on Christmas morning. I highly recommend this charming spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on Tybee Island. We can't wait to come back!

This location was perfect, a short walk from the beach. We had the bottom floor, which opened out to the spacious backyard, the renters on the top floor seemed nice and we respected each other's space/privacy. We would definitely rent again! We brought our two dogs that loved both the backyard and beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the Peach Penthouse. As another Airbnb host I know the work that goes into turning a rental over. It was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony is very nice but there is a lot of road noise. So we did not use it as much as we would have liked. It’s a short walk to the beach and the wagons and ice chests are a lovely amenity. Thank you for a great stay. Tybee Island is quite memorable.

This was located within walking distance of the beach but far enough away from the busy areas. The house itself was very nice and everything worked well. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a terrific family vacation even through Hurricane Helene. We did have a few days without the pool due to debris. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect location. Close to downtown and the beach. Pool area was clean and accessible. Condo Unit was also very clean. We have been to Tybee several times over the last few years and this was by far the cleanest rental and did not have a musty smell like many other vacation rentals. Thank you for allowing us to use your space.

This house is wonderful. Comes with a stocked kitchen, they even provide bathroom items and coffee. Loved the pool and sitting area outside. Close to the beach. Soft bedding. Enjoyed our stay so much!

This was a quick trip to the beach host was very easy to get in touch with property was clean if we had any needs they were right on top of it to help take care of us. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful spring break with our kids here. The condo is clean and has everything we needed for our family of four. It’s a great, central location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

We had a great stay at Stephen’s place! We loved the peaceful walk to Coligny shopping and the short walk to the very calm beach. The outdoor living areas were wonderful and the natural lighting of the home gave us the true vacation home feel we were looking for. Thank you!!

Ideal location for Hilton Head Island. Access to adjacent resort is just perfect. The kids loved the pool, the beach is right there. Pool bar is great for a quick meal and beverage. Balcony is very nice for a lazy coffee in the morning. The condo has pretty much everything you need (beach chairs, sand toys, etc.). As others noted, the space is a little tight, but we spent our whole time at the pool and the beach. Also, Coligny is a short walk away. Overall, a great spot to unwind in Hilton Head. Also, reasonably priced compared to other rentals in the area.

This is an absolutely gorgeous home that is perfect for a large family. The pictures don’t do it justice. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood with its own access to the beach. We loved every moment spent there!

Debbie’s place was such a relaxing and wonderful stay! My husband and I had the best time. Not only was the bed super comfortable but the views were amazing and so relaxing! Debbie provides everything you need to have a wonderful stay, and was such a thoughtful host! We definitely will be back!

We all loved the location, easy beach access, the sunrises were incredible. Their was plenty of furniture for the 8 of us both inside and outside. The place is really pretty inside and decorated very cheerfully. The 4 bedrooms / 4 full baths made it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. The kitchen was w stocked with plates, cups and cookware. To get to downtown Savannah was an easy 35 minutes. Lots to do in downtown Tybee as well so you don't need to leave the island if you don't wish to do so. The hosts were very responsive and answered questions very quickly. We hope to have the opportunity to come again to Savannah, If it was available I would not look to stay anywhere else. All 8 of agreed this was the best place, and you know how hard it is to even get two people to agree on anything. If you have a chance to stay here, count yourself blessed!

Great little spot. Just a few blocks from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Small and humble, but efficient use of the space, so if you’re ok with the non-fancy, it’s the perfect spot. Great value. Will stay here again for sure if we come back to Tybee for another golf trip.

This is a charming 1955 beach house down a private gravel road. It is the 2nd house from the beach. It feels very safe and peaceful. The walls are a thick stone and the floors are concrete making it cool and easy to clean. Fully stocked kitchen and everything you would need for the beach. Communication with Pat was easy and pleasant. He responds right away to any questions. Wonderful home and great host.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Overall, Michelle is a great host. The unit was clean, quiet, and relaxing. I don't necessarily consider the unit a beachfront unit but, I would highly recommend a stay at Michelle. Thank you for your hospitality and great communication.

Quiet area, private beach, house with all necessities The wrap around porch and big glass doors made for a very open and spacious feel. Sunrises from deck, bed or great room were beautiful,and listening to the waves very relaxing.
