Bungalow vacation rentals in Darling Harbour

This place is a true highlight from my extensive travels around the world the past 15 years. Comfortable, great location. Thoughtful touches with muffins, easter eggs, tea, coffee and pantry stocked. 5 stars easy.

Andrew’s place was absolutely lovely—spacious, spotless, and very welcoming. We were greeted with fresh fruit, chocolate, bread, eggs, and other thoughtful touches. The bathrooms were super clean, and fresh towels were ready for the pool. Andrew met us at the house and gave us a warm welcome and a tour. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed peaceful hikes and cozy evenings on the terrace. The indoor fireplace made the space feel extra warm and inviting. The house is beautifully decorated with art throughout, which adds to the charm—but it may not be ideal for small children or toddlers due to the many delicate pieces. A perfect stay in a quiet, beautiful area.

The bungalow was presented in an excellent condition with lots of goodies. The views from the lake side along with the walks were brilliant. Definitely a place we recommend for anyone to visit the Lake Macquarie district. Susie was an excellent host and after introducing herself left is to do our thing, catching up with my daughter. This cosy house is beautifully styled with many nostalgic touches and the front garden gives the whole house a feeling of privacy. Beyond the aesthetic, we had everything we needed, the house is located an easy stroll from a well-stocked vegetable store with coffee van, and from the main street of Camden. It is clean and comfortable and we had great communication about how to check-in prior to arrival. I would happily book again.

We enjoyed a couple of days at the Pool House in Caves Beach. Good location, an easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The Pool House was perfect for our needs, very clean, well equipped, private and the fridge was thoughtfully stocked with milk, bread, eggs, wine and beer and other provisions. A very comfortable stay, thank you.

Amazing place! Most recommended!!😇 Small little nook with crazy amenities made a spectacular night over at this place! Will be using it every time I am near there so better book out!😅

Long weekend break with my wife, 7yr old daughter and our toy cavoodle. We had such a lovely relaxing time. All 4 of us went out a couple of times on the lake in our inflatable kayak which was just 150m walk from the front door. Total escape from everyday life. Visited Forster twice too to sample the yummy seafood and explore the beaches. Also sampled the smoothies from Kens next door cafe, a must taste...they deliver to the door! Beds super comfy, kitchen well stocked with essentials and the most comprehensive local attractions/recommendations guide I've ever seen! Ken has put a lot of thought and effort into creating an escape haven that you won't get bored at even if you stayed a month!! Ticked so many boxes for us and exactly what we needed for a well earned break. Would highly recommend.

Stayed for a bit more than two weeks. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Contrary to the description, the bathroom is annexed to the main room so you do not have to exit to go to the bath. Laundry was also available, which was very helpful. Loki visited us often, which was very nice for us to have some company. 🙂 Would definitely come back anytime.

Beautiful & peaceful art studio surrounded by nature. Much better than expected. Absolutely delightful with everything you need & even more. Top location & best value for money in local area. Great restaurants. Plenty to do (or not) & convenient alternative to catch a train into Sydney. Gerry respects your privacy but is available as needed, we had a casual chat & he is a very interesting person. Hope to be back again soon! 🙏
