Mads.. we have no words!! We couldn’t have asked for a more tranquil, quiet, relaxing getaway! We explored a portion of the gardens until finding the video on BHG from the owners of the house and realised they were happy for us to explore more (we needed to see the wisteria even if it is autumn) we just didn’t want to disturb others. The gardens have inspired us for our future home! The cottage was clean, comfortable, and set in an incredible location to make it private. Kangaroos jumped past our windows. We could see birds in the lake. We strolled and found horses to pat and some sheep and chickens enjoying foraging. Would’ve love to have seen the peacock roaming but even a kelpie came close to the cottage to say hello from a distance. The small touches of breakfast in the fridge made all the difference! You were prompt with your replies while we stayed and we cannot thank you enough! We cannot wait to come back and make more lifetime memories in this location!

Our 2nd stay at the glorious Beaumont high country homestead and this mini break was just as good, if not better than we remembered. The homestead is the perfect spot to enjoy all that Chinghee Creek has to offer - rolling hills, friendly cattle, peace and quiet, and quality family time at its best. Our kids (10 & 13) spent their days exploring and battling each other at table tennis, and we all enjoyed reading, baking, and board games. Our hosts Claire and Rod were incredibly helpful and generous during our stay, inviting us to view some recently born calves at Christmas Creek. A five star rating doesn't seem enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This little cottage is a piece of heaven on earth! An extremely comfortable retreat in the peace and quiet of a beauty-full landscape. I highly recommend for anyone wanting quality time out to recharge and rest. A perfect retreat for writers and creatives. :)

Beautiful stay! My daughter loved saying hello to the roaming chickens and turkeys in the morning :) The food hamper was delicious, the location was peaceful and private, and the accommodation was lovely.

The property was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. The location was ideal for exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had our emergency clean up team from Sydney head to the area as we had been called up to help with the damage clean up and needed somewhere nice for our team to relax and stay. When they arrived at the house, they were very surprised how neat, clean and stocked with essentials the house was. Everything was perfect for their stay, and we highly recommend the home to anyone who needs a quiet relaxing stay or holiday !!
