Monthly Rentals in Darien

I stayed at David’s place for five days while my mother was convalescing nearby in New Canaan. It was such a wonderful place to come back to at the end of long days, quiet and tranquil and very private. This is a basement apartment with its own entrance and looks out onto a private backyard with a little pond with four sweet ducks. The space was immaculate upon entry. It has a well-equipped galley kitchen with a washer/dryer, full bathroom and separate bedroom with a TV. The bed was super cozy. Clean linens and towels are provided. Both Norwalk Hospital and Waveny Care Center are nearby, so if you have a loved one at either of these places and need to come spend a few days, this is a great alternative to area hotels. There are plenty of decent restaurants nearby, lots of parks and Norwalk’s Seaport district close by. Thanks, David, for a great stay!

It was just what I needed as I was in town for a few days. Very close to places to eat and right by where I needed to be.

We had 2 week stay. The location was perfect….safe, quiet and close to everything we needed. Loved the attention to detail. The king bed was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us. Our host showered us with goodies that were so appreciated. Our best AirBnB experience ever.

We stayed here for almost 3 weeks with our two dogs while our house was being worked on. We were able to settle in easily - comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, space to work, access to stores and downtown, and a nice neighborhood to walk the dogs. The stay was perfect for our purposes and the hosts were very helpful, responsive and kind.
