After entering your ‘Listing ID’ in the box above, you’ll receive a follow-up email with a price quote. Click the link in the email to approve and confirm your photoshoot.


Schedule your photoshoot
Once you have confirmed the price quote, we will connect you with a local photographer. They will contact you either via email or phone to schedule a date for the photoshoot.


Preparation & photoshoot
Prepare for the photoshoot by cleaning and styling your listing. Review our tips below for more info on how to prepare. The photoshoot will take up to one hour, and may vary based on size of the listing.


Publishing & payment
The images will be published to your listing once retouching is complete. Payment comes from future bookings and is typically paid off with one or two nights. Learn more here.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of photos will I get?

You’ll get a set of 2-3 photos per room. Each photo will follow our recommended style guidelines, which means they’ll be naturally lit, warm, and inviting for potential guests. You can learn more about our photography style here.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please give your photographer at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your photoshoot. To reschedule, contact your photographer directly by phone or email. To cancel, just scroll up to find your listing and select that option.

How do I prepare for the photoshoot?

Make sure your listing is tidy and clutter-free before the shoot. We also recommend reviewing the styling checklist for more tips here.

I have multiple listings, can I request professional photography services for more than one?

Yes! To do so, please email us at Make sure you include your Listing ID and title in the email. The email will be visible after you submit the form a first time.

When can I expect the photos to be edited and uploaded to my PDP?

Once you’re matched with a photographer, you will receive an email introducing you to your photographer and inviting you to schedule your photoshoot. After the shoot, your photographer will upload your photos, and they’ll be reviewed by a team of editors to make sure everything looks just right. We’ll notify you as soon as your photos are live on your listing. This entire process typically takes about 2 weeks.

Can I select my photographer?

You will be connected with a photographer based on their availability and location. (Unfortunately, Hosts are unable to choose the photographer.)

How much does the Professional Photography service cost?

The price of professional photography is determined by your listing’s size and location. After requesting a quote, you will receive price information via email within 24 hours of your request.

When do I pay?

You won’t be charged until the photos are live on your listing. The cost of your photoshoot will be subtracted from your next payout, even if your next payout comes from a different listing. If the payout is less than the cost of the photoshoot, we’ll subtract the remaining balance from future payouts until you’re paid in full. If you choose to cancel before the shoot, you won’t be charged. Learn more here.

Professional Photography Service Supplemental Terms
When you participate in this service, you acknowledge and agree:

• To have a third party local photographer photograph your Listing;
• To have a professional editor retouch the photos; and
• To have your professional photos uploaded to your Listing page without prior review.
• Airbnb will own the professional photographs and may use the photos in its discretion, for any business purpose, including without limitation, advertising, marketing, merchandising or any other business purposes, throughout the world, in any and all media. and Airbnb grants to you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the professional photos on the Airbnb Platform for the sole purpose of advertising and promoting your Listing.
