Monthly Rentals in Cuvi Beach

Like other feedback, I confirm a very clean and pleasant environment, close to the beach that can be reached in a few minutes on foot, while in just a 20-25 minute walk you can reach the old city. The area is quiet. Parking lot near the entrance and indoors. Very friendly hosts. Recommended.

Perfect location to finish holidays in Croatia with an apartment super-close to one of the beautiful beach areas around Rovinj. Walking to and from the old town takes 30 minutes, which is also good to get some air and move, especially after dinner.

Great place for the price! Beds were very comfortable and shower was very nice! So easy to park in front and get the key and enter. Very clean and peaceful!! My daughter and I were in the loft. We just went up to sleep and left everything downstairs. My husband said the couch was very comfortable. They had everything you could want and need!! Great TV! Great stay- 5 stars!

The place has everything you need and is very clean. The kitchen is superbly equipped, with an oven and even air conditioning. Supermarkets and the old town are within walking distance. Approximately 5 minutes by car you can even find a very good climbing spot. The place is 100% as described!
