Our stay was very pleasant. Silvia and her husband greeted us upon arrival with us all the instructions and things to do there. We were surprised with two Easter monkeys for my girls and a burnt bread that was delicious!!! Hosts out of ten! We felt at home and it made us a wonderful climate. The house is in a beautiful area, close to the sea and in the mountains. Ideal to spend a few days as a family and enjoy Moraira. Thank you Silvia!!!

Welcome, the host was always attentive and with easy and fluid communication. The house was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. It is surrounded by nature, tranquility assured. Ideal for a getaway with friends or family.

During our stay we had a couple of minor problems with the oven and the water heater, but as soon as we told them, they gave us effective solutions. We had a really lovely stay at Maria's house. Maria was really accommodating with our late arrival and late check out which was so kind. Maria was very responsive and always available for questions. The beach is only a 10 min walk and there are some shops/cafes/restaurants nearby. There is a cupboard with games and kids toys which was very useful and thoughtful. Overall we had a really wonderful stay here! Thank you :) A few things to note: - The garden and pool are shared with another house, there is a private dining area outside which is a really nice space and gives you some privacy if the pool is in use. - There are no pool/beach towels provided, so make sure to pack your own! - There is no BBQ use allowed unfortunately. - The third bedroom (sofa and single bed) is actually attached to the main bedroom (double bed and cot), and there is no door/privacy between these two rooms - it's OK for parents and kids but a bit difficult if sharing with couples/other adults.

We planned our entire trip to Spain around this Airbnb, and it did not disappoint. If I could give this 11 or 12 stars, I would. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one has been our favorite. The location absolutely cannot be beat. The rooms were comfortable and the views were truly amazing! Communication with the owners was seamless! I hope we will be able to return someday soon!

Fantastic stay in Xabia! Pablo is extremely helpful, he was always quick at responding and had great suggestions for beaches, restaurants. House is in very quiet area, only 7 min away drive from Arenal beach. Aldi is only around the corner and spanish supermarkets/pharmacy in very close proximity. We enjoyed pool a lot, very clean and warm. Pablo also cleaned it during our stay. Lots of sunbeds at the pool. Plenty of space in the house for 13 people, good kitchen. Was great to have second fridge outside and 2 washing machines. We will certainly be back! Thanks so much for our stay!

We stayed at Mery's airbnb as a family holiday - ages ranging from 5 to 82! We really enjoyed Mery's place - the rooms were spacious and the house was great. The kids especially loved the pool and we spent most of our time either by the pool or at the front of the house on the verandah. We had hire car which made getting too and from the house to visit Valencia, beaches and to get groceries easy. I enjoyed the tranquility and peace and quiet being outside of the city. We throughly enjoyed our time and Mery was a great host - recommending good restuarants and places to visit during our stay. Thanks agian Mery!

Ivan was a great host. If you are looking for an interesting and unusual place to stay in Valencia, Molino Real ticks all the boxes. Its design is on a grand scale. There cannot be many apartments that come with their own private rooftop swimming pool!

large, clean and beautiful villa with pool and massive garden. feels very authentically spanish which added to the experience. easily walkable to L'Eliana. kitchen was well stocked with large fridge and coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and iron. pool is a great size and temperature. there is a large barbeque (however we didnt use it). bedrooms are big and clean. air con in bedrooms. bathrooms also large and clean. lots of space indoors and outdoors for a whole group to sit. it's about 10-15min walk to town (there is a cut through at the end of the road which really shortens the trip but doesn't show up on Google maps). 20min walk to supermarket. metro station right next door (but doesn't have a machine for you to purchase tickets). garden looks out onto an expanse of lovely citrus trees.

We had a pleasant stay at Maria's house. It's big enough for 12 people with spaces for each . The landscape and the outdoor kitchen are a real plus. However, we regret the lack of black-out shutters in the upper bedroom as well as air conditioning in the ground floor rooms. Maria is a pleasant and very responsive host.

Our days staying at this villa were fantastic!! Take care of every corner of the house, impeccable cleanliness and order and a spectacular terrace. I would repeat this stay without any hesitation.

Communication was super easy. We were able to check in/out very late/early without any problems. The garage for the car is very convenient and the garden incl. pool is super nice.

Raul and Desiré were phenomenal with us, super attentive at the time of communication made the arrival feel perfect even though we made the reservation just 2 days in advance! The chalet is an authentic wonder, super well equipped and decorated, with a splendid view from both the balcony and the rooms. The ideal destination to spend a few days on the beach, there is a very cool chiringuito next to the beach (ideal for afternoon).

very very clean and with all the amenities. Totally recommendable whenever you have a car. It was very nice of them to leave us breakfast.

Very well located you can reach the beach by walking without problems and the best of all is that you can go with your dog to the beach because it is allowed. The private pool and BBQ area is very comfortable and we had a great time. The air conditioning cools very well. The fridge if it is a little small and does not cool completely well, but nothing serious. Very grateful to Salvador's excellent attention, he left us very clear instructions for everything.
