From Malin it is 3 miles to Culdaff Beach and 8 miles to Malin Head, the most Northerly point in Ireland and used as a location for filming Star Wars Ep VIII. An architecturally designed modern home on the Wild Atlantic Way, overlooking a wild bird sanctuary with an elevated bird hide at the bottom of the garden; binoculars and bird books in the library. The house is a short drive to Malinhead with its Northern Lights and its Star Wars' location and yet only 2 kms out from Malin Village. Two bicycles are provided, ridden at guests' own risk and the beautiful Five Fingers Strand is a short cycle or walk away. The hottub is also available for guests.

Lorna is a fantastic host, very responsive, with great attention to detail. The house is beautiful, ideally located within walking distance of Portrush and Portstewart and includes all the necessary components to instantly make you feel right at home. This was our first trip away with our 6 month old and Lorna’s house and hosting was major factor in us having a wonderful time. We can’t wait to return.

We stayed here as 2 families with young kids. The house was a great size and had everything we needed. It is nice and peaceful and not too far to travel to local attractions. The hot tub was a welcome treat for the parents at the end of the day. The kids enjoyed the swing and slide and sweets in the welcome basket. Elisha was very helpful in offering travel cot or next to me for my baby and even let us check in early on arrival. would definitely stay here again.
