Host Juan and his wife were very attentive to our safe arrival. We were warmly welcomed by Juan and his son. The apartment is very nice, clean and well organized. In addition, there is a nice terrace and a beautiful view that overlooks the river and part of the sea. From there, there's plenty to discover and outings to do. Don't hesitate.

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

Communication with Alba was excellent, she allowed us a flexible arrival and helped us find the accommodation, when we arrived there she was waiting for us, she told us where to park, where to eat, where to have some ciders. The apartment is super comfortable, close to everything, the sea, restaurants, supermarkets. We had a great time. We will be back!

Excellent place to spend a few days in Gijón, very close to the beach, well located. Loly is an excellent host, we maintained good communication, gave us recommendations to leave and allowed us to enter before the scheduled time, even gave us a present for having stayed there :) Undoubtedly a good place to spend a few days in the city, communication with a person is appreciated so it offers a good place to stop an end or on vacation.

Easy check-in and kind host. We had everything we needed during our month long stay. Location was perfect and bonus a 5 minute walk to bus and trains stations. Across from a park and we enjoyed a daily dose of cute dogs being walked in the dog park area. We would recommend this apartment.

We had a lovely stay in Klaus's flat in Luarca (which we loved!). The views from the balcony are stunning and the rest of the flat is very comfortable. There's plenty of equipment in the kitchen to cook and a dishwasher. We were very grateful that Klaus let us check in early after and he left us some wine which was really nice!

Benigno immediately made us feel completely at home. He was thoughtful and gave us advice about the area. Communication went smoothly and Benigno always came to our aid whenever we had questions. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful view of the beach and lots of tranquility to enjoy a well-deserved rest. The accommodation is taken care of and offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and is located in a very good and well-connected area Ana and María Luisa are exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. It was a great experience, Sole was super friendly and helpful at all times. She gave us a lot of recommendations on places to visit and eat. The house was spotless, with a lot more kitchenware and toiletries than we would have thought when we entered. The house is super quiet and is described exactly as in the photos. The backyard is a plus. We made the most of the days when the weather was bad! Totally recommended, we will definitely be back.

Amazing stay at Mario’s place. The location is perfect, the house is very comfortable for a family travelling with kids (the garden is amazing) and Mario is very responsive and kind. 100% recommended

The accommodation is just as it is in the photos, on the ground floor of your house. We were with a baby and they left us a crib and things for their hygiene. They also offered to recommend things at all times, they were super attentive to us and even made us incredibly good homemade food. We felt right at home. It is a super quiet residential area and close to Gijón, Candás and the beach. It is an ideal place if you want to stay in the area and also if you want to get around to explore the area. They have ample parking.

We spent some nice days at Laura's house. The house is in a quiet, rural setting. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (for example, had already turned on the heating on our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! A quiet and beautiful place, ideal to go with your pets with good fencing to escape-proof dogs and a terrace that for me is the best part of the house.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

Check-in was easy thanks to the host's clear instructions. In addition, he was very flexible with check-in and check-out. The stay in the apartment was great. It is ideal for the area, as it has its own garage and in high season it is essential in Luanco. The bathrooms were spotless and the whole house was very clean. The hostess Patricia was very friendly and helpful; she recommended places to eat and visit. A very positive detail for us, as we have children, is that there were toys, books and board games, something we don't usually find and that we loved. Very grateful for the service and the place. Highly recommended.

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Parking space in the building, convenient and with easy access to the internal elevator. Our children really enjoyed the bedroom equipped with some games. Friendly host, always available and responsive. Very useful tips for visiting the region and for meals. Luanco is a very nice coastal town and convenient as a base for exploring the region.

Beachfront accommodation, a little old but well maintained and with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some Cokes, detergent, gel,...even 4 newly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and you don't have to rush to the supermarket. The location is great, right on the beach and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need. Sandra and Jorge are lovely! I would definitely repeat a thousand times my trip to gijon and even more if it is in your apartment.
