All good, easy to walk into town, and arena, good restaurants around and bars

Osama was really helpful and responsive. The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and walking distance to Ethihad and city centre. We had a great stay and will definitely book up again next year when we are back in town.

fantastic price, for four of us it would have been easily double at the closest Premier inn and nowhere near as homely as Liony's place was. The New Oxford local pub has a great atmosphere, super friendly staff and a huge selection of ales.

This was a perfect property for our overnight stay. We came for a music event at the co op live arena. The location was easy to find and within walking distance of the venue. We felt safe when walking home from the event at midnight. The property itself was lovely, lots of space for ourselves and our adult children. An outside area for sitting in the sun was a bonus. The facilities were excellent and communication with the hosts was friendly and prompt. This was a great place to stay and would highly recommend. I would definitely book again and it may encourage us to come for a longer stay 🙂

We had a lovely stay and the location is excellent, with supermarket 5 mins walk away and town centre barely further. We had no issue parking outside the property and had everything we needed for a lovely long weekend. Be mindful that the stairs are quite steep!

We had a great stay at Janet's recently. It was easy to find and check in, and all facilities were available in the property. Everything had been thought of. I would highly recommend this AirBnB.

Had a lovely stay . Really appreciated the breakfast items. Right in the heart of town but with a gorgeous park on the river and lots of quirky streets to explore . Very cute pub just around the corner . Nice cosy living room and very comfy beds. Good communication from the host. Thanks for having us .

John’s place is lovely, very convenient location with plenty of good restaurants. The house is spotlessly clean, looks brand new , sooo beautiful , with premium fixture and kitchen appliances . John is a great host, we needed a fan and he instantly sent within 5 minutes and responded to our queries immediately. I will recommend to my friends in Singapore if anyone comes to Manchester.

Have to give 5 stars what a lovely little apartment cosy and comfortable bed really comfortable great location just a stone throw away from the city centre walked from town a few times but had the bus down which was just over the road and at 2 pound a trip or just over 5 pound for a day ticket The apartment had everything we needed and will 100% stay here again great value for money and the price wasn’t even rises because of what weekend it was amazing thank you amar

Amazing little apartment in a great location. Only minutes from Old Trafford stadium, a 10 minute drive to Media City and Trafford Shopping centre and near a retail park. Also easy enough to get an Uber into the city Apartment was exactly as described, very clean and all amenities needed The host was really proactive in messaging around check in instructions, which were really clear to follow Smart tv has Netflix and prime but you will need an account to log into these Bathroom is very clean alongside the rest of the apartment Only note would be that the blinds don’t keep out all the light so it can get quite bright in the morning. However we had sleeping masks so wasn’t an issue for us! Would definitely stay here again

Perfect place to stay in the centre of Manchester, the street the apartment is on is quite loud and busy but as soon as you close the balcony door and window you can’t hear anything! Warren was a great help and gave lots of useful recommendations, would definitely stay again!

Family had a great experience when visiting for a party.

I had a great stay at this apartment near Old Trafford in Manchester. The location was ideal — close to the motorway, which made travelling back and forth from Liverpool really convenient. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept throughout. Linden, the host, was helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I had no issues during my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. I’d happily stay here again!
