The condo is absolutely beautiful and the resort amenities are fabulous! Lisa is a very communicative host who provided great instructions for checking in and getting the most out of the stay. I would absolutely rent with her again!

Great place! We stayed with our kiddos and it was great. The pool is right outside and the beach is a short walk away. House has chairs, sand toys, grill, beach wagon to use. Didn’t know they had this out there is a pack n play and high chair which is great for littles. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils. Just need to bring food and condiments/seasonings. Towels were available for pool/beach and house use which is a great space saver for travel. Washer/dryer on site is essential and great! Beds were all comfty with two baths which is great. One with a bath/shower combo. House is locked by a code which is amazing convenience to not have to carry a key around. House is in a great location within walking distance to Alys beach and close to seaside. House is super cute and comfty in a quaint little neighborhood of cottages and a few houses. Access to beach across road is clean and not too far of a walk. Would definitely stay again

Such a beautiful home with great amenities! The golf cart was definitely a plus for going to dinners and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Our trip with my daughters and mom started out rocky with car troubles, but staying here more than made up for it. Marisa was an amazing host. The girls loved the pool. The place was beautifully decorated while also being comfortable! Would stay here again!

My friends and I had a great stay at Jason’s place! We had so much fun around 30A and it was the perfect size little house for four people.

Our stay was wonderful. The place is well equipped for a family, on a quiet street not far from the beach access points. The golf cart was great for going back and forth. We would happily stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Marianne was a great host, super responsive and friendly! We had one extremely minor issue during our stay and it was taken care of and fixed within 10 minutes. It’s dog friendly which was great for us to bring our three pups along with us, my husband and 4yr son caught tons of fish off the dock in the backyard as well as a few crabs. We drove to Destin/Miramar everyday and it wasn’t a bad ride at all. The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Very cozy and peaceful, we used the giant hot tub a few times and it was wonderful both with and without the heat on! We will absolutely be staying here again for our future Florida endeavors!

we will be back, it was a great relaxing place to spend a week. Great pool and the Tiki bar was a plus. Cleanest condo I have ever rented and quiet. Maureen checked in with us 2 or 3 times and suggested a nice local restaurant for the 1st night we were there, also suggested things to do on the day it rained. Wondefuil host

The mermaid cottage is a quaint little house in a great location. It is located in walking distance to the beach and close to all the local restaurants and entertainment on the beach. It's got all the amenities that you would need outside the comfort of your own home! It's a great little getaway!

This is our fourth stay. It’s clean, reasonable and convenient.

Check in and out was super simple and convenient, while the outside isn’t special the interior home felt cozy and super welcoming (don’t judge a book by its cover). The owners always responded quickly and with concise answers. The WiFi stopped working and they quickly caught on and fixed the issue before I noticed which was awesome. If I stay in Pensacola again, it will be here

JT’s place is a great place. This home was perfect for our stay. Was more than we needed but the location is spot on. We took our boat down to do some fishing and the boat ramp is a block from the home and a gas station is the next street over with easy access. The place really had about everything you need. Our trip was fantastic despite the rain we had and will most certainly be returning. JT is an awesome host.

Couldn’t speak more highly of this quaint cottage! It was in an idyllic location with a host that could not have been nicer or more helpful. We feel incredibly blessed to have stayed here and hope to be back soon!

The house great. We were comfortable and everything was as desired. This house was on a quiet street, very close to all the Pensacola favorites we hoped to visit. I recommend this property and I will be checking it for future stays in Pensacola as well. Hosts were clear and timely in our interactions and you can see their pride in how the house and amenities were setup for us.

Kim’s place was exactly what we needed for our vacation getaway for myself, my wife, our daughter, and our little dog. Kim was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Snacks were awaiting us as soon as we arrived. Walking distance to the beach if you want a calm beach away from too many people. If you want a busier beach it’s About a 10 min drive to Sharkys which is a cool spot for drinks and bands located on the beach. That was nice we were close to that gem. We will definitely be back when we come back to visit Panama City beach!

We plan to visit again and again. Location on the sound with private dock was awesome. The fenced-in pet area was perfect! Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen great. Though located on Hwy 98, road noise was present, but not intrusive. Host is super helpful and friendly.

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

I don't usually write reviews unless a place is really bad or really good and Shelly's place is really good! Perfectly situated just over a block from the beach and and equipped with everything you will need while there with a neat little cart to put it in. Loved the courtyard with plenty of furniture, grill & outdoor shower and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Claudia’s place. It really is the perfect little cottage at the beach. We were so close to the beach access and had the perfect space to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Claudia was such a great host and made our stay so comfortable. Gave us easy to follow directions, was always available if needed and had all the amenities we could need. Thank you Claudia for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!

The Peaceful Cottage at Pensacola is a perfect retreat! It’s cozy, beautifully decorated, and truly lives up to its name—so tranquil and relaxing. The location is ideal, close to the beach yet tucked away in a quiet area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the little touches made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. You are so close to the beach with the luxury of also having a pool. Pool was clean and nice. It is also super close to everything you want to do in town! All in all a great stay! We did miss that this is like a guest house to the main house. That was our mistake. There is a part of the fence where there is a medium size dog present. I did not see mention of a dog on the listing. He does bark and jump on the fence. He’s tall enough to look over it. We found a way to work around it, but we were a little shocked at first. I wanted to mention for other guests traveling with dogs.

This is the place to stay if you want to experience Florida without the price tag of a typical vacation. We stayed six nights and got to do everything we wanted thanks to the cheap rate Karen charges. It's a STEAL! Go to the beach (there's several within 20 minutes drive), go on a hike (again, several minutes away), go fishing right on the Bay down the street?! The hardest part is deciding, lol! It's such a great location. This was our second vacation at the Palm House and we plan to be back every year. I can't say enough about the host, Karen. Such a lovely, fun lady, I could chat with her for hours! She genuinely wants everyone that visits to have the best time ever. Adventure by day and spoiled with the fire pit and s'mores almost every night. And Karen is super helpful when you need something. Which let me relax and unwind. We had another fantastic time enjoying all that Santa Rosa had to offer. Thanks again, Karen! See you next year!
