Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Craven County

This was our second stay at Gabriela’s place. We visit family in the Havelock/Newport area and this is the ideal location for us. We travel with our 2 dogs and a fenced yard is a necessity. Gabriela’s place has a very large, safe yard. Perfect for us!

Michael was a very responsive host and very helpful. The house has an adorable older charm and I adore those types of homes. The hard floors were gorgeous and the arched doorways. The front porch was lovely to sit out and rock on the chairs. The location was quiet and peaceful in a residential neighborhood near downtown. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room in the garage in the back. There was plenty of information on places to go visit and/or eat in a binder and in an online website as well. We had everything we needed to eat there with all the kitchen supplies, etc. They also had games and puzzles inside. We enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a great place to stay and relax. Tim was very responsive and proactive. We were checking in the day after a bad snow storm and he contacted us right away to let us know how the roads were and what to expect. Since it was snowy and cold, we did not get to use the amenities. But the house is located right next to the kayak launch area and it was a very short drive to the pool/club house. We come to this area often and will definitely be staying here again!

This house was very comfortable. The mattress was probably one of the most comfortable mattresses we've slept on in an Airbnb. I loved all of the decor in the house. It really made the place feel cozy. There's a Kureg and a variety of coffee and hot cocoa. I liked that there were caffeine free options available! The place was fenced in and great for our dog as well. The neighborhood was nice and the host offered to give us names of real estate agents and anything else we had questions about during our stay. This is a great little home.

Had a great experience. The home is well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of cookware, dishware, and extra cleaning supplies. The bathrooms were clean and also had plenty of essentials. There were more than enough towels. The home felt cozy and comfortable.

Beautiful location right on the water. Sleep number bed in the master was wonderful. Really enjoyed remotes for the split units in various rooms and convenience. Definitely would book here again when in the area!

Great place for a long weekend. Outside of town, but close enough to everything. Super clean, well decorated, and the hot tub was perfect. Drew even had some great local restaurant recommendations. Thanks Drew!

The home was immaculate, and Rose really went out of her way to welcome us. She had snacks, drinks and a bottle of wine waiting for us. I would highly recommend this home, it’s a home away from home.

Sarah was a great host and my wife and I enjoyed ourselves. If we get back to this area again, we wouldn't mind staying again at her facility.

Perfect location, close to amenities, clean, smart TV which is a huge plus when traveling with little kids. Easy check in and out.

Results took immediate response to a few inconveniences.Cottage is very peaceful, sitting on the chairs at the end of the dock to watch the sunset was fantastic.Watching the train slowly crawl over the river was calming to us both.The cottage was stocked with everything needed. New Bern was very close and enjoyable to walk about and visit to the Tryon Palace was interesting as was the Battlefield. The Cottage was a great place to relax and recharge .

I recently stayed at this cozy Airbnb cabin for a local bike race and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The cabin is charming and well-equipped with all the amenities you could need. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the race course and beautiful trails for biking. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful host, excellent and extremely helpful staff. Gentleman let me borrow his fishing net when I forgot mine. He also filleted my fish for me for a very fair price Thank you

The Lakes RV & Campground is a very nice place to stay. We stayed in a “tiny house” along a lake that is brand new. They had all amenities including dishware, towels, blankets, screened in porch, grill for charcoal, etc. and a really nice pool on the property! Michael was a great “Host” and was readily available to assist us with our needs. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place to all!

Very cute/cozy place. The whole process was easy and well informed. If we return to stay we will stay here again.

We had a delightful 3 day stay, very quiet peaceful place. Everything as described, we plan on coming back in the future.

For anyone looking for a Clean, Great place to stay with a A class host this is definitely where you want to be! Cabin was Spotless and felt like home! I’m in town for work and had the weekend off and decided to stay here and I do not regret it a bit!
