The condo is located just over the Neuse River Bridge, on the top floor of an historic (circa 1914) building. The structure was recently restored and offers a unique experience, with enough space to accommodate a family of four, and a location that's just two blocks away from the river. Get comfortable and enjoy this private entrance spacious unit with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. It is similar to a hotel room only larger and no one else has access to it. We have an 18 hole public golf course and restaurant. New Bern is a historical city with tours scheduled daily at Tryon Palace. We are 45 minutes to the ocean. Our winters are mild with some days in the low 70s.
