Beach house vacation rentals in Crash Boat Beach

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at Casa Birdsong. It is a beautiful, well-equipped, beachfront accommodation where we immediately felt at home. The beach is only 20-30 metres away, but there is a road in between which has a Caribbean flair at weekends: "cars driving up and down with lots of music". The accommodation is perfect for 4 people with a spacious dining and living room with kitchen. The large private pool is a dream - especially when the sea outside is a bit rough. The owners Mary & Jim are on site, very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were given lots of information about handy shopping facilities, good places to eat and interesting places to visit. Definitely a recommendation.

We had a great time at Bill's! The location right on the water is ideal. Bill was incredibly helpful with arrival logistics and suggestions of places to check out! The airbnb had many nice touches including lots of beach towels / chairs to use. Definitely hope to come back!

Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

Super nice! 100 yards from the beach and a few fun restaurants The beach is quiet and lovely - really lovely - with many other beaches within a short drive. Also right next door to a big nature preserve! And the town of Ricón, maybe 5 minutes by car, is adorable . The home is spotless. Couldn’t be better!

So happy to have found this slice of paradise! The house is exactly as pictured. The enormous backyard leads directly to a private* beach. (*Not officially private, but so secluded and few people it felt extremely private). In the midst of an island-wide power outage, Christopher reached out proactively. He made sure the caretaker started a generator that was powerful enough to supply the whole house with electricity throughout the entire night. An excellent, peaceful stay! We will be back for sure!

As far as beach stays go, you can’t beat the views and access Bill’s place offers. It’s also so close to town and everything you could possibly need during your stay in Rincon. We loved waking up and jumping in the water and morning tea on the porch. We had some questions during our stay and Bill was so quick to respond and resolve any issues. He also gave us some great local recs. Thank you Bill!

Everything is the same as in the pictures. The beaches near to the house are amazing! The host is really friendly and suggested a lot of opportunities what we should check it out. We didnt had any kind of issue! One of the best places to just hide from the real world and have some peaceful time! Thank you for everything and I can suggest that place to anybody who want have some relax and peace.

Adriana’s home was everything we were looking for and more. The beach is pretty much in the back yard with a few restaurants nearby. There was plenty to do on the beach as well as surrounding towns. Location was 10/10. Only a short 20 minute walk downtown or 15 minute walk on the beach to a few restaurants. Highly recommend and hope to be back :)

Excellent service, even in the middle of an island wide 2 days power outage. Backup generator worked well to keep us comfortable and safe. It required refueling which went seamlessly. Great restaurants close by ( Strongly recommend Porcello walking distance, a little pricey but excellent food quality and taste). All the unit’s amenities described were in perfect order. Lots of beach towels and beach chairs and beach umbrella. Great place and very responsible host! Loved it, definitely recommend and I will revisit.

Our stay at the beautiful Sea Beach Cottage exceeded all expectations! We were spoiled by the short walk to both the beach and downtown. The outdoor space was magical—we spent most of our time outside enjoying it. We had fun picking different coffee, breakfast, and dinner spots from the recommended list. Our stay was truly memorable and will always hold a special place in our hearts. We can’t wait to visit again! Lisa, thank you for having us!

My family and I have been visiting Rincón for almost 20 years. Up until last year, we had our own place to stay. So while Rincón isn’t new to us, staying in an Airbnb is. Juan’s check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The AC in all rooms works great. The beds are comfy, and the house was clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The internet is strong enough for streaming. There’s a washer and dryer, and the fridge has an ice maker! The pool is just steps from the front door, and most times we had it to ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The full-time and seasonal neighbors we met were very friendly. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to Marina Beach, downtown is walkable, and the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve path is nearby. A couple days, we didn’t even use our car. Many of Juan’s food recommendations matched our own, which was great to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Amazing. Pictures don't do the house and pool justice! Pool and backyard are like a private oasis. House is large and well equipped. Location is great. Walkable beach and groceries and a million other things.

Wonderful place! Great place to spend time with family. Everything was perfect. Great hosts. We are hoping to repeat our stay soon!

Everything was great except that there was no TV in the rooms. Excellent cleaning/excellent location/super quiet/thank you very much.

Beautiful house with all the amenities and extras for beach activities. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels along with the cart to bring the items. Loved the pool. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Central location to many different beaches. We enjoyed having the horses next door. You get a peek at the water from the balcony as well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This was the perfect spot for a vacay for 2! Alex’s instructions were so detailed and helpful, and also had so many awesome recs for the area. It was really great that so much snorkeling gear was available to use. The set up was private, quiet, and the shower was by far the best I’ve had in an air bnb. Our WiFi wasn’t working super great the first day, and Alex accommodated us so quickly to ensure we had internet access. We will definitely be staying here next time we’re in Rincon.

Vicky and Mike couldn’t have been better hosts! The house was spacious, clean and quiet! Close to everything! The hosts were quick to respond to every question we had and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhood beach was about two blocks away and has a great little food spot right on the beach!! Try Pizzería Estela!! Eat their food, drink their drink and listen to their music all while watching the sunset! The house was more than enough space for our family of four. Bathrooms were clean and the outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach! Rincon was awesome and we’d definitely stay at La Casa Sunshine again!!

Everything was perfect about Brenda’s place. We loved it all. It isn’t the easiest to locate and if you have luggage it will be even tougher. Whether you want to get away or travel and see the island, it does it all for you. I would absolutely recommend getting there during the day though. We arrived at around midnight and it was a bit difficult to locate especially because we didn’t know the area. However once we figured it all out with parking and where it was. Everything was perfect. We absolutely recommend this place. Secluded area on the beach and beautiful sunsets and plenty to see in the area as well.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for days but since our returned still feeling those vacation vibes! For the 4 of us , my wife and 2 girls had space and we used the kitchen for breakfast , the jacuzzi to relax and had movie nights. We would stay there again and probably for more time! 5 nights wasn’t enough! Thank you Freddie !

Rent both the studio and apartment if if have a group of more than 5. The beaches in the area are great (Crash Boat very close by. Rompe Ola restaurant was great! They have a small downtown (plaza) and the kiosks the fabulous. Besides a problem with the water heater, everything great and very clean! The roof top was best.

Janet was a great host! We were welcomed to a bottle of wine upon our stay and a text upon arrival. We already knew the area from previous visits but it’s always nice to fine a new home to stay in. She invited my family over for Thanksgiving dinner with her family but we already had plans. The home was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again! The description matched the listing to a tee and it’s so close to the beaches and sits in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Thanks again Janet!!

Juan’s house was perfect for our vacation, it was a comfortable place to rest between our beautiful days horseback riding, enjoying the beach and taking in all that Rincon had to offer. We stayed in the same neighborhood last year on vacation, and it is a wonderful quiet neighborhood I would recommend to any family. We live the culture and natural beauty of the area and Juan’s house was a perfect place to enjoy it

This is a perfect home, furnishings, beach equipment, amazing bathrooms, kitchen, comfortable beds. lots of drawers and closets, washer dryer.all that is listed. The kitchen and bathrooms are state of the art. Great resturants down the road I recommend " shipwreck". The roster starts at 2 A.M. and continues til afternoon. Dog darks at night however you get use to it since you should be exhausted from spending your days on the precious beach ( not walking distance for young children or elders )but the beach is a few streets down from the house with great beach bar ( Harbour Bar)and coconuts ice cream shop. walk a little more and more resturants. You do need a car to get to local grocery store Econo...it's a beautiful home and a beautiful beach. I wish it wasn't on a busy noisy street...highway 413. Grateful for having the opportunity to have stayed at Homes of Dora.
