Excellent apartment with outstanding facilities and perfect for our stay with local amenities and easy travel to Universal Studios

After surviving the Eaton Canyon fire, I needed a place where I could decompress from the chaos and destruction. Being able to stay with family and friends following the event was a blessing, but I needed a place of my own to truly begin the healing process. I saw this listing and knew this was the place for me. The Monrovia location kept me close to my home while it is being repaired. The AirBnB's four units make for a quiet living experience and the fact that it is 2 blocks from Old Town Monrovia is the icing on the cake. This residential neighborhood is very walkable as experienced by the modest pedestrian street activity. Richard is the perfect host! When I I have a question or something in the unit needs to be addressed, Richard has immediately responded and satisfactorily solved the issue. I've resided in two of the units and both have been clean and excellently furnished. This place has helped me on my road back to normalcy! Thank you, Richard!

One of the best places to stay if you are around Glendale. It’s really comfortable and chill. The host is a nice person, very responsive and respectful. There is a mall across the street and many places to visit. Worth the money.

A gem! I stayed here for a little "me getaway" for my birthday. There are just 4 houses between this airbnb and the beach, it took me 52 seconds to walk from the gate to the sand. Well appointed kitchen, everything was clean and smelled great. Windows in very room w/particularly great natural light in the bedroom... lovely to feel the warm sun in the comfy bed in the mornings. Good window shades to block out light if you prefer. The bathroom is super cute w/little hotel style toiletry bottles provided. There's good temperature control with a heater, A/C and easy to open windows for a cool ocean breeze. Great beaches, parks, restaurants, coffee shops in the area; I found it to be very quiet and serene - you're ensconced behind a gate and walking path so it feels very private and safe. Free street parking. I was not missing a single thing and host was communicative, gave clear and helpful instructions, and had some thoughtful personal touches in the airbnb. Would return in a heartbeat!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

My birthday weekend was great because of the safe and FUN stay at Darla's place. I loved the nook and the bed was plenty comfy. No complaints.

This was by far the best experience. Danny’s communication was great! He was so friendly! Greeted us when we got there, and bid farewell when we left. We honestly felt like we were staying with a friend, we were so comfortable. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. Location was peaceful. We felt very safe, and had absolutely no issues! My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Came here for a conference, close distance to the convention center. Hugo was extremely gracious in returning an item that was accidentally left behind. He went above and beyond in shipping it back. We really loved Ali's place! The space was beautiful and spacious! Me and hubby came out to celebrate our anniversary and we wanted something unforgettable and this place delivered and exceeded our expectations! The apartment is right above some amazing bars and a little cute convenience store! It's walking distance to a lot of different fun bars, shopping and galleries. We were able to walk to the fashion district and shop/eat. Thank you Ali for everything! I will definitely be staying again!

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Susan was a wonderful host! She was kind and super helpful. The space was clean and the location was perfect our family. We spent our days walking to the beaches, eating at the pier, swimming in the pool, going to LegoLand, and exploring the Flower Fields. We look forward to coming back again!

Krysta’s place was great and she was a great host. We spent time at Disneyland, Long Beach and also took in an Anaheim Ducks game. Good location. Easy to uber but we also had a rental car so we loved having our own place to park. Comfy beds, homey environment with all amenities. If we are ever back in Anaheim we would definitely stay here again.
