A charming studio with lots of light. Beautiful views out of the windows. I had my coffee every morning on the sofa looking out at the trees and foliage. It felt very private. I would like to return the next time I'm visiting family in the area.

Eirene's place was comfortable, extremely clean, and cozy. Eirene thought of everything that a guest could possibly want (I brought my own herbal tea, but she had a full selection available, etc.). I also enjoyed meeting her. For those concerned about the driveway, we found that backing into the driveway at an angle to get in and using the rubber curb ramps on the way out kept us from bottoming out. We enjoyed our stay!

Nestled on a hill and behind a gate, The Casita is a world away from the ordinary. Beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches and many amenities to ensure the comfort of each guest. We enjoyed being able to park and unload our gear right at the door - no steps. The kitchen has the essentials and more, all tidy and easy to find. The informative binder with local tourism bits, safety information, etc. was especially well put together. Bedding was clean and fresh, towels thirsty and large. We did use the washer-dryer, which was great since we had been on the road and needed it. We especially treasured being able to watch the twinkling city lights from the patio perch. When it was time to go, we definitely sighed with reluctance. It was not easy to leave such a lovely place with such a kindly and proactive host offering the most peaceful and pleasant of stays.

Great hosts, location, and accommodation. Self check in was seamless and perfect for our needs since we arrived late at night. The home is located in a safe neighborhood and we had no problem finding street parking. Hosts were communicative and responsive and the place was exactly as described.

Lisa has created such a beautiful and calm space for her guests! The property is exactly as described, and check in was a breeze. The house is by the water and an easy commute to nearby towns. The community is safe and quiet, perfect for solo travellers. Highly recommend!

Great place! Nice neighborhood. Very quiet. Only complaint is that the bathroom sink is small. But overall great and will stay again!!

My spouse & I wanted to celebrate our anniversary weekend in a peaceful setting. Jill’s place, nestled in an alley of beautiful sycamore trees, gave us everything we needed. From mindfulness to easy trips to tourist attractions, we were able to get all the deals done. Moss Hill Cottage became a vehicle to create new memories for us. We also appreciate Jill’s thoughtfulness of putting a bottle of wine out for us. Although, we are teetotalers, we definitely see her care for the guests. Jill’s back patio takes you to a state of zen - the calming breeze, the sound of water gushing through the creek and chirping of the birds. Moss Hill cottage is walking distance to the famous Le Marais Bakery & Mill valley’s iconic Lumber yard where you could sip a cup of coffee, have crepes for breakfast and window shop local boutique shops. We visited Sausalito during our stay and took public transport. The bus stop was within walking range from Jill’s place. Overall, it’s a 10 out of 10.

We stayed at Marsha’s airstream for just one night having a bit of business in the Mill Valley area. We travel for novel experiences and memories, so spending one night in an airstream seemed like a great idea. And it was. The bed was comfortable the shower was most welcome. The property was nicely located for where we needed to go. A bonus was that we went exploring in Millvalley in the evening and stumbled across the Sweetwater Music Hall, where we heard some good local singer-songwriters perform. As for the airstream itself, it is obviously “cozy“, because it’s a travel trailer! Both of us are quite tall, but we had no real problems moving around inside the trailer, which had been of concern. Overall, it was excellent value and we enjoyed our stay.

My recent stay at Heidi's place in Mill Valley was absolutely lovely. The location, super walkable to town, library, and hiking was fantastic! The studio cottage was decorated in a simple and classy manner. Loved the gas fireplace and towel warmer! The view out from the bed out to the garden was such a lovely way to wake up! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a lovely property & home! The neighborhood was so quiet & quaint, very walkable. The home was very peaceful & beautifully designed & styled! They have a great sense of design! The property is the perfect amount of mileage & time from downtown SF. Would love to stay here again! Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect little studio with everything you need. Huge shower with two shower heads! Super close drive to the Golden Gate Bridge and other tourist attractions. Felt very quiet and private even while attached to the main house. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was the perfect Air bnb. I really enjoy everything, the view from the window was amazing. Everything was amazing. Looking forward to coming back again and staying a little longer

Great location. Easy walk to Whole Foods, Safeway and several restaurants and coffee shops. Close to Muir Woods, and Tamalpais State Park and easy drive to San Francisco. Multiple hikes are close by. The place is clean and comfortable. I would recommend Dawn’s place for a couple or individual, it would be tight for any more.
